This was my first accident repair claim and first time using a courtesy vehicle.Their customer service is quite excellent. Their attention to detail is great. Highly recommend!

I was one satisfied customer when I sent my Nissan frontier 2012 fixe the passenger side of my truck . The work was amazing .But on the other side ( literally the other side )Of my truck came back with a dent on fender.Send it with a problems comes back with problem solved and another problem.Now we had to go through pictures and clearly did not have damage there before even though it seems like they where trying to make me think that dent was there .in first few pics.My truck was gone for 3 weeks .. and they lent me a very nice looking and clean vehicle .That was positive at least.Now they where suppose to call me back to setup a appointment to fix the problem , but they never got back to me and I couldn't wait anymore so I lefted the province .I know it's not the secretary ( Wich does a amazing job ) or the people that repaired it but probably someone that is not necessary involved in the shop .I have a idea but no proof so maybe the people not meant to be in the shop for reperations can keep away from the vehicleOh and they gave me a 10$ card to clean my truck and if course it didn't work . So make sure you take pictures of every little part of your vehicle before sending your vehicle in cause besides that incident they are a great team .

I had such a great experience with Signal Collision! This is the best Autobody shop in Cranbrook. Completed the job on time looks great perfect paint match and looks BETTER than new. Great service from everyone.

Communication with them was excellent from when I stopped by for a quote, to when I picked the truck up after the repairs. I was given a very nice and clean Courtesy vehicle for the two weeks that the truck was in the shop. The body work done on the vehicle was excellent! Small issue with ICBC in the coverage, but the service tech Amber fixed that up right away. All in all an excellent experience and I would highly recommend them

I recently brought my 1995 Supra to Carstar to have some work done and not only did they match the color perfectly but they were so incredibly professional and personable! James in service kept me informed on the status of my car and the price was incredible!I will definitely be going back to carstar again! Incredible service, incredible people and incredible workmanship! What an overall fantastic first experience with a body shop, they set the bar sky high!

Months after having my truck repaired at Signal, I noticed a clip behind my fender was broken. Could have failed on its own, may have been bumped?I stopped by to ask if fixing it would be a big job and the team there took a look at it right away, got me in the next morning, gave me a ride to work, and then delivered it to my workplace when it was fixed only a couple hours later. Much to my surprise, they also took the time to clean my truck inside and out! No questions asked, no grilling me about it.... they just got it done and didn't charge me a dime.Absolutely amazing service, I didn't expect a thing when I brought it by but they showed that they care about the quality of work they do and their clients. I highly recommend Signal in Cranbrook.
