We had issues with slow draining kitchen sink, water heater making noises, rusted out connection by laundry hookups, and no running water to the his and her bathroom sinks. I called at 8:00, right when they open and someone answered. She listened to my list of repairs and put us in a time slot for the next day. She also mentioned if they could come out the same day, she would give me a call. To my surprise, she came back and had a service tech, Sam available to head over!Sam was very professional. He was able to diagnose the issues we were having and gave me an estimate before doing any work. I did end spending more because the garbage disposal was shot (causing the water to drain very slow in the kitchen sink). We went over options- there was no pressure into getting a new one, much less trying to talking me into a bigger more expensive one. I decided to replace it and was cautious about using up all his time to go pick one up. He assured me it was no problem, checked out everything else before leaving to get parts. He was back quickly, and finished up all the tasks that we needed. I was very impressed that he was able to take on the extra tasks and not be upset by it. I think that the way they schedule their techs have something to do with that. I asked him if he needed to be somewhere after my appointment. He said he doesn't find out until he's completely done with the services that I need. That way he doesn't feel rushed and can do quality work with whatever job he is currently working on. This is genius! We will be using them again when we have them install a water heater. (Something else we discussed before he left, and he gave me a quote right away for that too!) Highly recommended by us!

Excellent service. I left message after hours and my call was returned within 5 min. Jeff stopped by very quickly as my water pipes were leaking. He repaired all my leaky pipes quickly and perfectly in a very timely manner! Highly professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and conscientious. I highly recommend Mies Rooter & Plumbing. I had issues with my sewer backed up and found that the pipes going to the sewer were not installed correctly. The guys came out and reran my pipes the right way and unplugged my sewer. They are like magicians, they didn’t pull a rabbit out of a hat but they pulled a squirrel out of my sewer! They are very professional and knowledgeable! I highly recommend them!!

We had water heater issues and Mies was the only place that arranged to get someone out to look at it the same day I called. We have used them for other plumbing needs and they are always very accommodating and professional.

Mies was so accommodating. I called at noon on a Friday and they did everything they could to get someone out the same day to clear roots from our sewer line. I couldn't imagine having to go the entire weekend not using any water in my house. Sam was courteous and explained the process very thoroughly. Thank you so much!!!!

Call about backup in basement end up need new sewer line to street they arrange ever and in no time the repair was done was very friendly receptist and Jeff explain everything to me well pleased will use again if need

I couldn't be happier with these guys.This is the 3rd time i have had them out to do various things. This timeI had 3 faucets replaced which i supplied.The install had some challenges due to the previous owner and the do it yourself type of work that was done. Sam recognized those challenges and fixed all those mistakes and installed all 3 faucets properly and in a timely manner.He was friendly, informative and professional.I keep their number in my phone and they are the only ones i will ever call.Oh and let me just say that the gal who answers the phone does a fantastic job of getting all the info so they have all the needed supplies on the truck for the specific job at hand.She is friendly and does an amazing job with scheduling.She even gave me a courtesy call which is very much appreciated.Plumbing can be a very stressful thing but with these guys there is never a stressful moment.Top knotch service!If your shopping around, dont bother wasting your time. I have used Mies several times, from replacing a water heater to installing a new faucet and moving plumbing. Every time they have done excellent work. They are easy to work with, always on time, and do a very thorough job for a fair price. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

The truck was at my neighbor's house. I ran over to ask if they could help with my clogged drain. They took my information and after they finished that job, they came to my house. The men were courteous and very professional. I was really in a jam. They fixed it after giving me a quote before starting. I was impressed by the whole process. Excellent job and service.

I called around to what seemed like a million plumbing places and this was the only one prompt in setting up an actual appointment time, and following through with their appointment. Dawn was very polite on the phone and very awesome at following through with phone calls and answering the questions I had. Jeff Mies showed up on time, gave me a reasonable quote, did an AMAZING job, had a recommendation on where I could turn for drywall repair, and even knocked the price lower than what was quoted!
