Dr McRoberts was so knowledgeable and made me feel like I was in the best possible hands. He explained things clearly and made me feel like he would be able to take care of my eye problems. Would highly recommend. All the staff were also helpful and knowledgeable.

Honestly, this is the best optometrist office I've been to. In the past, I didn't know why it cost $110 for the optometrist to tell me my eyes have gotten worse or better. Dr. Chiu is so incredibly thorough and helped me to understand my dry eyes (talking about tears vs. oil glands) in addition to giving me specifics on risks of laser eye surgery - wouldn't have done it without him! So yes...worth every penny...optometrists are incredibly knowledgeable.

My first visit to Optomeyes West Van. Awesome experience from front line staff to the most comprehensive and professional eye examination I have had. As a senior this diagnosis and future care was overdue after years of improper eye care and eyeglasses purchased from Optical outlets . I look forward to receiving my new glasses!

The clinic is very clean and organized and kids friendly. Dr. Chu is the best! He is very attentive and caring towards his patients. He is also very knowledgeable and know all new and modern treatments. The staffs are so friendly and supportive. Recommended for sure!

This was my first visit and upon walking in, I was so impressed with the Eye Care clinic itself, the professional manner of all of the staff and their promptness as well (I only waited about 5 minutes!). I have never seen such state of the art equipment and Dr. Chiu was so thorough, explaining everything concerning my eyes. I can’t say enough about this clinic.

The optical techs were very professional and efficient in the initial eye screening. Melanie understood my sight problem quite quickly and hopefully has come up with a better prescription. I will find out once I receive the new lenses in a few weeks.
