Blinds Of All Kinds
We bought blinds from Blinds of All Kinds 4 years ago for our apartment. We were happy with our purchase and customer service. I am studying Interior Decorating at the local college and had to go to Blinds of All Kinds to find information about window treatments for a school project. Susan was fantastic! She answered all my questions for my assignment and was a wonderful person and a great resource!

My go to place for Blind and Shades. Just finished our third house with Blinds of all Kinds. Great service, friendly and the blinds are beautiful. Exactly what we wanted and the fit is perfect. We could not ask for more. Sylvie did a fabulous job measuring our house and finalizing the orderAfra was our sales rep when were in the store, it was a relaxed stress free experience. Color coordination of our order as exceptional. Our window treatments were the perfect final touch to our dream.Thanks everyone.

Blinds Of All Kinds
Went to Blinds of All Kinds today looking for a small plastic piece for a set of vertical blinds we purchased there in 2004. Not only did they stock the part but the sales associate who assisted me explained how to install the part without damaging the blind track. It was very helpful and saved me a lot of time, not sure if I would have figured it out on my own. I will be back the next time we need to purchase new blinds. Excellent service!

Our recent experience was similar to the other reviewer. Notwithstanding the offer of a free in-home consultation on their web site, they declined to provide us with this service even though we live in central Ottawa. They wanted us to come into the store. Competitors were more than happy to come to us and we ended up purchasing our new living/dining room drapes (over $8,000) from one of them.

Quick service quote, was able to come my house in Gatineau and installation was quick was painless. Ask for Steve, great personable sales associate who took pride in the work for my house. My dogs seemed to enjoy him as well.

Didn't even get the opportunity of an in home consultation. Apparently if you live in Manotick you have to pay for this service??? Manotick is part of Ottawa and they advertise Free" in home consultation. I have 3 other companies who are doing a free consultation and one of them is based in Orleans
