I just drove all the way here on a Sunday because they were supposed to be open at 10 (this information had been updated 5 days ago). It is now after 1030 and they are clearly not open. Doesn’t look good if a tech company can’t figure out how to post their hours. Also, there are no hours posted at the location so I don’t even know when they are actually open. What a waste of my time.

I usually come here to pay my Shaw bills (cable, phone, internet and mobile). I walked in and ended up talking to a male employee (Vjom, I believe). I said I would like to pay my mobile bill. He immediately said there is a $5.00 charge for making payments in the store, and that he would charging me that amount today. I was very surprised. I asked if this was something new? And if I pay online the same fee applies? He replied, no fees if I pay online. The trouble with paying online or through online banking, it can take 48-72 hours for it to clear. In-store it's immediate. Plus I also had cash to make the payment. I ended up calling Shaw customer service to ask about this $5.00 fee. I spoke with 2 different agents and both were unaware of a $5.00 fee. I went back and talked to the manager. She informed me that if I did not have auto pay set up on my mobile account that yes I would be billed a $5.00 service fee. Also, with (cable, phone and internet), you can pay bills and there are no service fees. She said that this was what the employee was trying to say... Sorry this was not what he had said! If he would have clearly stated what the manager had said, there would be no issue. The way he said it was also rude and snarky. If you go to this location, avoid this employee.

My dad was with shaw for seven yearsHes a senior and having a hard time Communicating he had the interent 15 where he paid 90$ For it for 7 yearsAlso a phone for 50$Old equipmentNo one even tought aboit giving him a call for maybe and upgrade or bump up the speed or even a discount when calling and brining it up they said sorrh didnt even offer a plan that is some what CompetitiveShame pn ypu shaw for taking advantage of Seniors

Predatory company with terrible customer service. They will charge you 200$ for not returning a modem on June 1st when your contract ended May 31st and you've been busy moving your entire life.

Finally decided to take advantage of Shaw Mobile and also bought a new phone and headset. Added wife and daughter on as well. The services were fabulous. Bonnie, Sam and Cam were excellent in helping from setting up, purchase, tech support. I am very impressed with their professionalism. What a great team they have there!! Thank you ladies and gentlemen.

Received very good service over the phone as we needed to upgrade our receiver. Can't believe that you get it mailed to you because you don't have a wireless box. Surely Shaw has plenty of space where customers could come in and be looked after. Mall outlets only carry wireless boxes.

The staff cannot put on a smile for the life of them. Very cold and unwelcoming. I wanted to buy a phone out right, but didn't feel comfortable with buying from them. Just went to Beat Buy. They had excellent customer service.
