Badger Creek Park

Winter or Summer, Spring or Fall... Playground, Picnic areas, BBQ pits Bonfire area, Sandy beach with a swimming float pad, Fishing is supposed to be off limits but there is an area down stream that I believe is fishing friendly, large parking area, ample space for large gatherings and I have even seen the addition of nets" for team sports (supplied by users) but also would allow for the erection of a tent for a large fancy party affair... lots of flat ground and both washrooms (no potable water & you might want to bring along own personal care supplies) and change rooms for both sides of the family.... not exactly wheel chair accessible but the park in general is basically level and has been grassy base. [Note: there is construction going on due to flooding in 2018 which will hopefully be completed and reseeded/grown back in for the 2019 spring/summer season.] Please remember to be careful with your glass containers and bring along the doggy bags... Garbage containers available several places on site. This is a pet friendly park but is a family area so leashes are essential when you have company
