Tldr better than average. I am not a fan of frog legs but this time it had me coming back for more. I think key was spice on side dish so you can add to taste. #1 favorite, clear winner is, basa fish soup with pickled vegetable +. The glass noodle with chilli oil was tasty and very traditional. On the other hand, spicy fried chicken (I think is laziji), was not so traditional, and may not be the crowd favorites it usually would be. The service was of a high level, that was 5 star, and refreshing as we know it's not always the case at many other places.

We ordered our meal with the regular spice level and it was quite tolerable. If you've never eaten Szechuan style food, this may be worth trying. I especially enjoyed their eggplant dish. There is a cash discount. However, as other patrons have mentioned, you will receive little to no service at this restaurant. Our waitress recommended us to switch tables as the dinner combination we ordered would come with many dishes and would not fit the booth we were seated at. Therefore, we switched tables but ended up having to move our utensils, napkins, water pitcher, and cups to the new table she directed us to. We would signal our waitress multiple times throughout the dinner to refill our water pitcher. The water pitcher would be warm to touch with ice cubes on top. At the end of our meal, when we asked for the bill and containers for takeout, our waitress would clean part of our table and leave without updating us on our bill. We noticed she sat down to enjoy her own dinner, so we waited a few more minutes before asking for the bill and containers again. It felt awkward to do so because we did not want to interrupt her dinner but we also wanted to leave.

Was excited to try this Sichuan restaurant before. It turned to be a great disappointment. Very poor service. The waiter might be the son of the restaurant owner. It almost felt as if he was annoyed we showered up. The whole time he was unfriendly, impatient and made it obvious that he did not want to serve our table. The combo we ordered turned out to be a big rip off. It’d be way cheaper if we had just ordered dishes individually. Will not go back there anymore.

Went for the first time on a rainy Tuesday afternoon. We were the only ones there so I could say it was lucky I guess because I have read the reviews about the service. But all our questions and needs were answered.The food is kind of pricey. It was difficult to understand the online menu because some of the items were in Mandarin, no translation at all. We got the Spicy Meat Lovers and the seafood fried rice. Most of the items were unfortunately sold out, especially the best sellers.Food came fast. The spicy meat lovers was delicious, not too spicy. I do think it was a little bit oily, but it does help bring out a lot of the flavor. The intestines were not that clean I can say. The fried rice was overcooked but it was still good.Overall I think it was good. Just felt like having a mini heart attack after.

A very good Szechuan restaurant, might be ranked top 3 Szechuan restaurants in Mississauga. Maybe because of pandemic, we are still using one time bowl/chopsticks/spoon.

If you like spicy food, this is definitely a great place you can't miss.I was lucky to find this place and try the spicy cuisine at the invitation of my Cantonese colleague.Now, this place has become my first choice for ordering takeout
