A couple of years ago I had neck pain so badly that I tried everything for it . Everything that I tried though would only give me temporary relief. Then I saw Tiffany at Let it Heal and it changed my life forever . I wasn’t sleeping because of the neck pain which lead to headaches and pure exhaustion. After my first Bowen treatment I felt a significant difference in my neck and body. I went a few more times and couldn’t believe how great I felt! I was so used to living with discomfort before I went to Let it Heal. Bowen therapy is truly the best there is.

I have been a client of Let it Heal for many years. A truly amazing team. Tiffany has helped me manage neck pain and TMJ....and is able to provide utter relaxation that spans for days! Recently I have had some debilitating migraines - my first plan of attack was to see Tiffany. It has been years since I have experienced headaches like this. After my treatment, I felt relaxed, as I always do....but the best part was getting a perfect night sleep and waking up feeling refreshed and pain free. It has been many nights since that has happened! I am excited to see Tiffany again next week so we can continue to heal my inner systems. She also does a great job explaining what she is doing and why. Let it Heal is awesome!

I tried physiotherapy, acupuncture, electro therapy and a chiropractor for my lower back. My back pain was debilitating. These methods only made a slight difference and I was still in so much pain. A friend sent me to Tiffany and after several sessions, my back improved immensely. It was wonderful and the suffering I had experienced for years had gone. Recently, I had terrible tendinitis in my foot and limped for a month experiencing much pain. I then went to Tiffany and after only a few sessions, I was no longer limping and the pain had subsided. I am sending my husband for his knee pain. They communicate with you about your pain so that adjustments can be made to their techniques. It is a very relaxing procedure mentally and physically and I would highly recommend Bowen therapy at Let It Heal.
