Although I like the prices, every time we drive into PA to get one of the sales items ... out of stock and the sales person tells you to go online and buy it. Might as well just shop online.

I was there today to use their photocopier. There were 2 clerks behind the desk. One did nothing while standing around waiting for help from her coworker who was busy serving a customer. There were 3 of us needing assistance, yet not once did she look our way. Her coworker then began to assist her. By this point, I walked out. But not after I overheard one lady who had been waiting for help since before I arrived, had called out twice excuse me " only to be ignored them both.Staples should be more diligent on their hiring practices. These 2 should be booted!"

Friendly staff but, small selection for gamer oriented pc/console accessories like monitors, gamer style keyboard, controller ect. Lots of office style pc stuff more suited for the office worker looking for accessories.

I have had to use their printer/photocopier multiple times recently and when doing so the staff is super friendly and helpful! I definitely recommend staple service for all your printing needs!

Terrible customer service. Tried to buy a case of printer paper but the clerk kept saying it wasn't available to sell, even though I had a case on the counter and offered no solution. I tried to support local but I'll order it online.

I needed moving boxes for my personal use. Ok it's for my man cave fort. I only found small boxes but this older gentleman asked if I needed help. I told him I needed large boxes and he looks up and finds a stack of extra large. He was helpful and found a ladder and gave me 5 I needed. Thanks young man...
