Knowledgeable staff, I've been there twice and got exactly what I needed. The staff was extremely helpful by giving tips on what was needed to help get the job done, and they were right!Great prices, Good quality stuff and always leave with a smile!

The guy there for absolutely no reason gave me an attitude as if he was already annoyed with me as I was just meeting him! You do not treat autistic people like that!!! I went there once, I never will again!

Excellent service! I came in for a mirror and the tall skinny guy with glasses helped me find the right part, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. This is the only place I’ll go for body parts now.

So, LKQ was referred to me by a work colleague. Calling the call centre Steve, who took my call was pleasant, helpful, and generally knowledgeable with regards to what part I was looking for and had it ordered promptly.However, the limited customer service representatives at the counter when I arrived to pick-up the the part at the Windsor location was terrible.There were 4 ppl to be wait on including myself...my wait was 20 plus minutes, you could here a few just laughing and having a grand tim e beyond the plastic partition oblivious to customers waiting to be served on.Very disappointed at the lack of professionalism shown.Beware and plan plenty of time to wait.

They located a side mirror for my 2007 Sebring Touring that everyone else said are no longer made or available.

I was a regular customer here as there aren’t many options in Windsor. They know this and refuse to fix their terrible customer service as they know your options are limited. You’ll most likely wait 30-45mins in line before being helped and in the meantime they have products on the shelf but no tags displayed the prices unless you ask them what the price is directly and depending who you are and how much they like you the prices will change for you. They rarely have the proper inventory and when buying all the products you need they will usually be out of stock of the smaller items and require you to buy a size that’s much to big for what you need. For example if you buy a qt of paint you only need roughly a half pint of activator which they won’t have and will force you to buy the larger size which has 4x extra then what you need and costs over $100 when the small one is only $32 …. I strongly don’t recommend shopping here I’ve made many complaints and they just say “to bad that’s how we’ve done it for 50 years”
