Be careful what you sign, They try to hit you up on their insurance coverage even though I have my own coverage under my insurance provider.The ford escape I rented stinks like bad body odour.

Very clean, very ready and more than capable to perform the tow we had to do. My friend of many years required a move of his newly purchased RV from the point of purchase to his park. We contacted Enterprise and were very happy to be advised they could fulfill our needs.It was not only the perfect class for the tow, but very reasonably priced.We will not hesitate to recommend Enterprise to all our friends and acquaintances for any future needs.

Had an issue with my long-term rental today (engine light). Tavesha helped me out a lot with the process, first to go to the service location and then to swap for a new rental. She was very friendly and helped keep me relaxed, and was also very up front about minor blemishes on the replacement car. I'm very satisfied with my experience!

I received a rental that my insurance covered during my repairs which was 3 weeks. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was very pleased as they listened to my need of a van or 7 seater SUV. They lent me a brand new Ford Explorer. It was fully loaded with heated and cooling seats, leather interior and sunroof to boot with everything else you could imagine for our 3 week need. Picking up my vehicle, I was greeted by warm, friendly, helpful staff. I am drawing a blank on the man’s name but he had a moustache if that helps. After the 3 weeks, I dropped off the SUV and a man named RJ greeted me when I came to the counter. He had a warm, friendly greeting and offered to take me to pick up my van at the shop. On our way, he was easy to talk to and we enjoyed our conversation about Indian cuisine and the places we love to eat. Unfortunately our conversation didn’t last longer because we both were enjoying talking about authentic Indian cuisine and the do’s and don't’s. I will definitely recommend this location and their friendly, helpful staff will make you feel at ease and taken care of. Thanks to the entire awesome team and big shout out to the guys cleaning the cars all day long, that ensure you get your rental in sparking condition. ✨

Raced here to return a car early by 4pm with a full tank and while they were still open, but they still charged me another 17hrs into the next day. The logic? “Our billing cutoff”. Ok but why? “That’s the policy”. I asked again, but why is it the policy? “It’s the policy”. If that’s the only answer you can give, that is not a consumer friendly practice. In fact, it’s arguably not a human practice. No manual adjustment, no logic given. “We are charging you another 17hrs even though you’re not using the car anymore, because policy. I am robot”. Never renting here again.

Even though I did get a vehicle, they did not have the one I booked. I had to be transported to another enterprise. I needed a seven seater for seven people but was asked many times if a five or six seater would work????. In the end after about two hours I have suitable vehicle.

Just try this office for the first time. Staff is really nice and helpful, I opt civic 23 model fast pickup, good performance, cheap on gas and much more good stuff in this car. I recommend this spot to everyone who like to rent out a car
