Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I booked a car online and got the confirmation booking to pick up the car on the same day. I got 5:30pm and I waited there for half an hour. Before going there I called enterprise and they said its totally find you can come before 6 and car will be available. The person helping me, Sam, said that there were no cars available. She wasted my time and was very rude to me. Even then, she could have reached out via email or call since it is on my account. Their customer service call line was not great either. I haven't received a follow up to sort anything out.Poor customer service.

Have hired Camry with full insurance and everything went good, picked up on-time, car was neat and clean.. Enjoyed the trip and hand over was quite simple.. (Overall 5 stars)

Platinum cardholder for many years, but the past year has been miserable. 90% of the time cars are not available even if they ALLOW me to book online. I'm stuck waiting for hours waiting for a car, when I need it for a business trip. Happened several times.

Do not book from this location. Very bad customer service. Even for the booking, they donot have the vehicles. Enterprise should think about their reputation.

Friendly staff and good rates. Nice vehicles. They even found something extremely important belonging to my visiting guest, who was renting the car, in their parking lot and held on to it for us. That's going beyond the call. We be renting there again when I need to. Cheers!

Worst Enterprise location. The lady at counter confirmed on phone that a specific car is available in 1 hour time and then when I reached and waited for 30 mins for my turn, she conveniently said cars are not available. Wasted time, effort & money reaching this location. DO NOT BOOK at this location. It is also severely understaffed.

I was offered a broken car. Though the staff were decent they had no car selection and the only car offered had a broken flap falling on my knee. Apparently that was safe.Never returning again to this location or enterprise in general

We had a reservation to pickup a car @12 noon for five days.We arrived around 1:30PM to pickup the car.Samilia Quarshie(Assistant Branch Manager)said she didn’t have any phone# to reach out to us.Later when she opened the reservation portal it did had my phone number then she mention that she called us multiple times, straight up lied to us.She claimed that this was like a doctor appointment and you need to be there exactly on the time and or else you won’t be able to get any cars for rental.She didn’t provided any customer service neither she offered to help us in any other ways.I was traveling from California internationally for couple of days, I had to waste time here for renting cars and I felt very insulting.

Best place to rent a truck. When I arrived, my truck was at a different location. I just had to wait 10 minutes for it to arrive at this location. Amar was very patient with me and his customer service skills are A++ I highly recommend this car rental and ask for him.
