I used to go to this place for pedicures with my mom. In January of this year, I sat down in the chair putting my $300+ down Lululemon jacket to the side. While the technician was pulling out her cart she didn't realize the wax pot was attached to the wall. The hot wax fell and splashed everywhere, including on my jacket. They spent 15 minutes trying to get it out but I told them we'd probably have to try and let it dry first or dry clean it. I realized this was an accident so didn't get too upset, knowing there would be a solution and at least I'd get a free pedicure!Wrong. As I went to pay, expecting an apology, I was shown the calculator for a full price service. I asked if they were joking. They spoke to each other in their language and gave me a whopping 10% off.Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. I will never be back and I suggest you find a salon that values their customers. I now have visited Nail Salon" in Grandview Corners and it was by far a better experience."

The pedicure experience itself was good, but at one point the technician cut my toe and it hurt really bad. After my toe was so sore I could barely walk on it for a week.

The absolute best nail salon! Have been going here since they opened and have always had a great experience! Chau, Linda, Tracey and all of the girls are wonderful!

Been going here for the past year, all of the girls are so friendly and professional. Used to do my nails with Anna, and when she left I was afraid I wouldn’t get the same level of quality, Tracy proved me wrong, she is as good as Anna. To be honest, all of them are great. Will recommend to everyone

It's busy and NOT relaxing. They talk to each other in Filipino and that's just like Seinfeld! Who knows what they're saying as it's non stop chatter among the manicurists. At times it REALLY hurt and I tried to tell them ... but it's close and I go maybe once or twice a year.

This is my new favourite salon! I love coming here to get my nails done; they have a massive selection of polish, sparkles and anything you’re looking for! They’re also highly skilled at designs, great customer service and always on time with appointments. The place is clean and very comfortable to be in.

I have come to this place often for lashes and even nails in the past, and I was always treated nicely and they always did what I wanted.Except for yesterday. I had a lady do my nails that wouldn't listen to me about anything! I wanted my nails wide and she argued and filed them thin anyway. Then I told her my thumb nail was shorter and a different length than the rest and she wouldn't fix it. She argued with me again!! And now I HATE my nails. So disappointing.

Tracy and Chow are always amazing. I have been coming here for 6 years now and my whole family comes here. Clean. Always great foot massage. Beautiful designs. Love it here.

I went here today for the first time for a regular pedicure - I can’t believe I’ve never been before with it being only a 5 minute walk away!I was able to get in instantly, which was nice.The shop is clean and there are lots of polish colours to choose from.I really enjoyed the massage chair - it was very powerful and actually felt like a real massage!My technician was thorough and efficient. My only instruction was ‘I like my toenails short’.She shaped them really nice without me even needing to say anything.Her massage was good and I didn’t feel rushed at all even though they were quite busy.I could tell there are a lot of regulars who frequent, which is always a good sign.Their prices are really reasonable and competitive and they have a stamp card which makes it even better.I highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!
