Dr.D.young is very good doctor

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Dr. Vijayaraghavan and the staff at Heart Health in Scarborough. My visit in November was scheduled for an echo and ECG, followed by a consultation with the doctor on the same day. However, the experience quickly turned into a frustrating series of missed appointments, rescheduling, and a complete lack of organization.Upon arriving at the office, I completed the ECG as planned. However, to my surprise, the technician for the echo had already left, leaving me to reschedule the appointment for weeks later, as that was the next available time slot. Additionally, despite making an appointment for a phone consultation with the doctor, I never received a call. It was only after I reached out to the office myself that I was able to reschedule for the third time, which took months to arrange.Finally, on my most recent visit on June 2, I insisted on meeting with the doctor, despite their attempt to dismiss the need for a face-to-face appointment. I took time off work to attend, only to realize that this entire experience seemed like a scam. The doctor claimed that we had spoken on the phone already and that everything was fine. However, I knew this to be false, as I never received a phone call from him. This lack of professionalism and disregard for my time and concerns was deeply disheartening.Furthermore, throughout my interactions with the staff at Heart Health, I found a complete lack of organization and professionalism. Multiple appointments were missed on their end, resulting in unnecessary delays and frustration. The entire experience left me with no faith in the services provided by Dr. Vijayaraghavan and his team.I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others who may be considering Heart Health as their healthcare provider. I would not recommend Dr. Vijayaraghavan or his practice to anyone. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of organization demonstrated by both the staff and the doctor himself is unacceptable.In conclusion, my experience at Heart Health in Scarborough was deeply disappointing. The constant rescheduling, missed appointments, and lack of professionalism displayed by the staff and Dr. Vijayaraghavan himself have left me with a complete lack of faith in their services. I strongly advise against choosing this practice for your healthcare needs.

I had a 4 pm appointment.Arrived at 350 pm and was called in at 505 pm. I was the last person in the waiting room! I was told Dr Yan had a patient in his office and that I was next. That was not true as his last patient had left at least 15 min earlier. Dr Yan looked very unprofessional with shoulder length disheveled hair. Will never go back. Waiting for over than an hour is not acceptble as My time is as valuable as his!
