Took them 8 weeks to tell me I needed a new motor on a blind which I dropped off telling them that it needed a new motor.What a jokeNow they have to send out for repair which I told them to do right away after I told them exactly what happened.Who knows how long that will takeTook about 6-7 weeks for them re size a blind after putting new windows in.Also charging me $220 on a new motor.Lots of other business in town whom offer a lot better prices and way better timelines. Which I tried to use unfortunately I was stuck using these guys because the type of blind they only deal with. (Hunter Douglas)I will update comment with the amount of weeks it takes them to fix motor.(Update- 3 weeks still nothing…)(Update #2 - 6 weeks still nothing…)

Angela helped to design and oversaw the installation of wood blinds and drapes in my home. Angela is amazing and I am so impressed with the quality and look of my new window treatments. They really pull together the look of my home. Eventually I hope to have Salnek's redo some of the drapes and blinds I got from other places that haven't held up...

Judy came with her installer to repair an exterior shade, which had been installed 1 year earlier. There was no hassle, she was responsive to our concerns and the work was completed. Excellent customer service and excellent product quality.

Customer service was not my style, and didnt really adapt to me once it wasnt going well. Seemed expensive

Tammy and the design team at Salnek's were a fantastic help with my new custom drapes and the upholstery of my sofa. They really took the time and listened. My vision came to life better than I could have imaged.

Judy very detailed and gives you what you want. Knows her stuff and backs up her product immediately. If there are any defects they will looked after promptly without argumentTrust her judgement. I wasn't sure what way to go. Curtains or shutters? We chose shutters. 5 large windows with shutters. Love them! So easy to keep clean!!Next patio door and very large kitchen window. Different approach. Leaving it in Judy's trustworthy hands!Thanks Judy!!
