Heber Down Conservation Area
I love this area for hiking!! There is a $6 parking fee (which it seems a lot of people ignore) but the money goes back into the conservation so its well worth it.The hike we went on was mostly easy going and wide, well maintained paths. There was one section with a HUGE staircase so keep that in mind.Just beautiful!

Heber Down Conservation Area
We only did half the trail. None the less, a hike is always relaxing and beautiful! Leaves or no leaves. Sunshine or clouds. You don't have to look far for beauty when you're in the elements of nature. It's all in how you look and perceive things. That applies to life too!

Heber Down Conservation AreaHiked three major trails that form a loop: Springbank, Devil's Den and Railroad.Trails are a mix of forest, hills and open field. Hiked in early fall so the fall colours were beautiful.

Heber Down Conservation Area
Great place to check out some trails. Lots of cool paths, bridges and there's an off-leash dog park. You can also rent space to have public gatherings with family, etc. for fair prices. Definitely worth checking out.

A beautiful sunny day in this area with friends. Long trail. Nice hike and great views there.

Heber Down Conservation Area
Great spot for a hike. The trails are scenic and secluded with large trees. There is a river along a large section of the trail. It's pretty flat, though there is a steep climb depending on where you start as most of the park is at a lower elevation. Walked 6km in 1h 5min.There is paid parking onsighy, but I parked at Ashburn and Spencer on the street for free, and it was very convenient to access the trails.

Heber Down Conservation Area
It was an amazing experience for me as I went at the beginning of spring. There are a number of trails we can hike around, and it takes 1 to 2 hours to cover the whole area. People who are interested in climbing steep hills can come and enjoy the trail.

Heber Down Conservation Area
One of my favorite hikes. Easy trails for the most part. The hills could be challenging for someone with mobility issues, though there is an accessible trail by the Hwy 7 parking lot.
