I had the worst experience at this Bouclair! I came in to return an item I purchased from this very same store and I felt disrespected. The lady at the front didn’t bother to say hi when I entered the store. She kept asking if I did my purchase online or in store and when I said in store she asked which store, as if I cannot return an item purchased from another store. At the cash, there was an issue where they couldn’t proceed with my return. It took a good 10 minutes with the manager trying to figure out the issue and again she kept asking if I made my purchase online even after having told her before. I insisted that I would call customer service to figure out why I couldn’t do my return but she kept saying that wouldn’t help. And then suddenly the issue was somehow fixed and she was able to do my return without giving me an explanation. Upon this experience I would never walk into this Bouclair again and I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Le monsieur au bouclair vraiment hautain parce jai acheté un store nuit jour dans une friperie me regardais d'un air hautain comme si lui avais une toilette en or et que son cercueil va l'être aussi mon grand si je paye 5$ et non 50$ ne veu pas dire plus ou moins qui ne feras pas la même job que le tien en magasin .....

Helpful staff. Got what I wanted

Employee was very helpful...she found all the blinds I needed (6 different sizes) ..even pulled them out of the bottom shelf for me !! I went back next day to have 2 blinds cut that were too wide and was served by another young girl who served me right away even though it was lunchtime and she was alone.. excellent service ..good quality.. and store nicely laid out..love it !!

Mauvais service. La propriétaire refuse de me rembourser ma literie non ouvert alors qu’il est écrit noir sur blanc s’il n’est pas ouvert ni utilité on peut se faire rembourser. C’est drôle à Vaudreuil ils m’ont dit que je peux être rembourser. Maintenant je vais toujours aller à Vaudreuil.

Purchased a lot of items for our new home from Bouclair. Was our first thought when thinking decoration. Until I purchased blinds. We bought four and were told that they were easy to shorten. We made the mistake of assuming they were shortened like our existing blinds but that ended up being incorrect and we had to basically scrap one of the new blinds. I asked Bouclair to help us on our purchase of replacement blinds but they were completely closed to anything. Their response was 'you broke it, your problem'. They were totally closed and unsympathetic. I am sure they could have easily repaired and resold at a discount. They did not even offer a small discount. Very disappointing.
