Lodge and staff at QCS are fabulous. Fishing guide was an expert in finding the fish and helping our crew reach our daily limits. Great food and warm atmosphere in the lodge.

Everything at Queen Charlotte Safaris is wonderful. The care and attention to detail they show and provide to their guests is top-notch. The accommodation is comfortable and cozy and the food is delicious and I promise you won't go hungry! The fishing is so much fun and you never know what wildlife you might see going out in the morning or coming back in the evening. The fishing guides are knowledgable, kind, and helpful. You truly leave Queen Charlotte Safari as family and wanting to come back as soon as possible! It is a wonderful place to create lasting memories with family and friends.

From the planning to the end of the trip was outstanding. Valerie and her team were exceptional and made every effort to make our trip perfect. The lodge was comfortable and clean. The food was 5 star. Our guide Ed made sure our experience was one to remember. We loved every minute of our stay.

Great place to fish for big monster species. Huge variety. Staff and guides are professional experienced fun and enthusiastic about fishing. Been to other guides on QS island and did not have the great experience this was. Planning on bringing some fishing friends in the next couple of years. This place is not to be missed if you love fishing outdoors and wildlife.

We couldn't have been happier with our Queen Charlotte Safaris experience. Valerie is VERY good at her job, meeting our group of four's scheduling, dietary and accommodation needs with efficiency and VERY good humour. All of the staff are lovely people: friendly and very competent. The food was plentiful and top notch. The rooms, dining area, boats and rain gear were spotlessly clean and up to date. Really, we couldn't have asked for any more. Looking to take a fishing trip to Haida Gwaii? Book at Queen Charlotte Safaris. Valerie and her staff will not disappoint.

Valerie and her crew are top in quality and hospitality. From the time you arrive until the time you leave you can see and feel the total dedication to their clients. They are warm, inviting and become your extended family in the way they take care of you. Running an operation, as long as they have shows her care for her staff and clients. The scenery is amazing and the fishing is some of the best I've ever encountered in the Pacific Northwest/Alaska/BC destinations. If your looking for a place to go, you found it!

Valerie is the perfect Host who ensures that each guest is 100% satisfied. Incredible Chef serves delicious meals. House staff takes care of all guest needs. Amazing fleet of comfortable jet boats with completely enclosed cabins. Guides who all guests raved about with incredible skills at limiting each guest out and fun to spend 3 days with. Perfect fishing trip!!

What can we say except we miss all our friends at Queen Charlotte. Absolutely one of our favorite vacations ever and wish we could come back every year. The fishing is amazing and Valerie and her entire staff are so accommodating. We thought it was an amazing gesture for Queen Charlotte to forego their entire season for the sake of all the wonderful people there at Sandspit. Everyone be safe and stay healthy. We miss you! Can’t wait to come back!
