I took my truck in they put the computer on it, there was a Nox sensor code that came up, So instead of replacing the nox sensor for a couple hundred, they installed a $2300 def pump,I leave the shop next day same code shows up again,So I went back they than told I needed A $7500 SCR . So I told them to go for its, 8 days later I called to see if the parts were in at 840 am .I called 4 different people from parts to service to the service manager .NOT 1 CALL BACK FROM EITHER AND STILL NO PARTS FOR MY TRUCK! Mechanic that I was paying $125 hr to work on my truck is over working on another truck in the shop and trying to charge me ! Place needs a total overhaul! Not very Caring or considerate of small business owners I’m 1 guy 1 truck 8 days down can break my little trucking business.
