Took my father's 30 year old Citizen watch in for repair. There were a few issues getting it functioning again, but Eugene was incredibly helpful with great communication throughout the entire process. Truly grateful to have this piece that reminds me of my father back up and running. Great experience and would recommend Watch Circle to anyone!

Wow! Eugene fixed a clock that another clock repair place said was not repairable. I’m so thrilled that he was able to fix it (at a very reasonable cost)!! He is truly a master at his craft. I live in Shorewood and I’m glad I drove to Waukesha for his expertise!! Highly recommend.

Great watchmaker and gives more than fair prices on all your watchmaking needs. Also bought a great watch for a great price and enjoying it. Eugene knows what he is talking about and will fix anything from a basic battery change to a full service for an automatic watch. When you go in, you will feel welcomed and treated fairly as a customer.

I was thrilled to find this gem. I took my vintage Omega that wasn't working to WatchCircle, and right away Eugene opened the case and inspected it (the guy at Quick Fix didn't even look at my watch and quoted me $250 to diagnose the problem). Eugene quoted me $120 to overhaul and would call if it needed parts. It took them only 3 days to overhaul my watch and they replaced a part for $20. I was so pleased and thrilled at the value and fast turnaround- and my watch works and looks fantastic. My grandma is taking a valuable mantle clock to have them fix next week. These guys are at the top of their game, don't bother with anywhere else.

Took in my wife's MK watch and my Movado chrono watch in to have batteries replaced. Wife's watch was a breeze for the gentleman but the Movado was another story. He spent about 5 min trying to open the back without any luck. He came to the counter and said it was on really tight and picked up a swiss army knife and went over to try and pry open the back which made me a bit nervous. Well, he ended up gouging the back to the point where it is sharp to the touch. If the traditional tools used to open a watch did not work I wish he would have stopped and recommended taking it to another location vs damaging the watch. Not too happy right now.

I got my watch sized, a new battery installed, and recieved a small history lesson on movements in watches. Awesome experience!
