Ramada by Wyndham Williams Lake

A clean and comfortable hotel with great value and wonderful staff! We have stayed here a few times and each time has been a great experience.If you would like a room with a view, make sure to ask, if they have one available they will accommodate you wish. This is a popular hotel and quite often at capacity.

Room was clean, with friendly staff at check in. Bed was comfortable but sagged in the middle. No breakfast available to be found after first night. Bed not made and used towels were taken but not replaced. Following morning, no breakfast and again Bed wasn't make when I returned later that evening. Used towels were taken but not replaced. Now I have no towels for the next morning.

Carpets in the room was stained. Wallpaper was starting to peel off the walls. Room furniture was heavily damaged as well. Carpets in the stairwell were very dirty. The free continental breakfast was too expensive if you know what I mean. Way over priced poorly maintained rooms.

stayed one night. I had leakages and bed bugs. Stains all over the place, creaky floors and loud hallways.

Staff was kind and friendly. Room was pleasantly clean (I have high ex-housekeeper standards). If you're into the smell of museums and tandoori this is for you. Don't look to closely at the details of the dated room or furnishings, the longer you look the sooner you'll want to leave. Bed was somewhat comfy and they had a nice selection of channels. A face-lift would do this outfit a world of wonder. Glad I got this place on a decent deal, apparently this is an instance of - 'you get what you pay for'.

This place is on a steep hill, so if you’re passing through and towing anything keep this in mind. Rooms are very dated. Blow dryer doesn’t work. Stuff on the ceiling that should be cleaned off. Very thin walls to the point that we heard everything in the room next to us. Elevator is pretty sketchy. I wish the place smelled ‘clean’.

Room is fine. Sink was slow to drain and tub drain didn't seal well for a bath. Rooms were clean. Fresh crisp clean linens and towels :) rugs and some walls showing wear.Parking lot treacherous for bikers - it has a good slope and for those of us with a nearly to tall of a bike- yup I went down with mine. I like sleeping with an open window so back side " second floor or third is wonderful. Nice to be able to walk to stampede grounds etc."

The carpets are heavily stained in the stairwell as well as in my room. I have been in this room for five days so far, and there are still contact lenses and pills on the floor from previous guests in plain sight and where a vacuum would be pushed over on a normal routine clean. They clean the garbage daily and the beds are comfortable.Complimentary breakfast is offered, but it’s nothing to be excited about considering the cost per night. You get coffee, cereal, muffin, juice box, and cold hard boiled eggs every day.I enjoyed my stay while working in Williams Lake overall; however, the soiled carpets and debris that was left from previous guests is unacceptable. A large portion of the floor squeaks very bad, but that is the builders to blame.Considering the price per night, If you’re on vacation in Williams Lake I do not recommend this hotel.

Room was not cleaned properly prior to us checking in. Beds were made but bathroom was not cleaned and floors and desk were not cleaned. So we ended up staying in a dirty room all night with 2 babies. There's wallpaper falling off and just taped back on, shower water didn't get hot, rooms are run down and smell stale. We also had to listen to drunks smash things around their room all night. Made numerous called to front desk to complain about noise and that didn't seem to do anything, we were offered to change rooms at 1am when our kids were asleep. When I brought this up to the receptionist during check out she took $10 off our stay. We won't be returning. Room price was $150 for 2 queens, with the state the rooms are in that price is very far fetched.
