Marlene and Bob Neufeld
While they are friendly and try hard to be helpful, they misread a number of cues in our situation, which in hindsight were pretty obvious. They undertook activities on two separate occasions that triggered negative results and they had poor follow through after the incidents. They ended up causing more harm than helping.
