What a pleasure working with Brad and his Team. They were extremely professional, quick to respond, and the final job exceeded our expectations.Our lawn faces North and had been plagued with drainage issues from the beginning. Since we have a pet the K9 Pro X was recommended and our dog loves it. I also appreciated the more natural look compared to some of the other turf products. No more muddy feet, no more water pools, and a beautiful lawn that will last all year round.Highly recommend the Perfect Turf Team.

Our experience in this process has been smooth from the beginning. From the quick response to our inquiry, to the response to our questions to the early installation (2 weeks) due to weather conditions, to the installation day! The team arrived, they got to work and before the day was done, they were finished and our daughter and dog went out right away to run around. We have had 2 years of trying to have grass but ending up with a muddy dirt pit for the winters and we are so happy to finally have some beautiful and low maintenance greenery for our yard! Thank you to the team and Brad for his excellent customer service. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who is a home owner with pets and wants something durable and beautiful!

The turf was put in ahead of our scheduled time which was a bonus for us. The projected time of install was two days. The crew arrived at the scheduled time and were very efficient . The site was cleaned as the work progressed and was left spotless when they were finished. We are very pleased with the finished product and have received positive reviews from anyone that has seen it.

What a difference! We could not be happier with the way our backyard turned out. We will definitely be spending a lot more time back there this summer. Brad and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Great communication, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, punctual and the end result...amazing! We had a couple of extra requests and a last minute change - no problem. Brad recommended the K9 ProX turf and it's exactly what we were looking for; dog-friendly and more natural than some of the others we've seen. I had turf installation quotes from 3 different companies and decided to go with these guys. They were easy to communicate with, gave me options for the turf and borders. I cannot be happier with my new turf and this decision that I made. Before contacting Brad at Perfect Turf, like most of us, I did a lot of research on line. Is this is what I want, how do I want it to look like, comparing prices etc. Not only was Perfect Turfs pricing reasonable compared to their competitors but they were also a few steps above in terms of customer service.Brad was patient with my inquiries, he spent the time to come meet me in person to discuss about my plans and understand my vision. He even helped me source a contractor for an additional section that I wanted to get done. When his team arrived, they were a team of young individuals but I was very surprised of how professional, courteous and responsible they were. There was a bit of mess left during the process that was across the street in front of my neighbors house and they even went over there to clean that up!Literally the only negative thing I can think of in this whole process was the wait but trust me, the wait is worth it. Nothing but a clean looking lawn here onward.

5 star company. They replied from a request in a quick manner. They came to site to give quotation and showed up on time. They answered any questions never left us hanging or waiting. Installation was on time, quick and clean. Crew were very professional and the results are amazing. Could not be happier.

We had a small area in our yard that we had completed with Perfect Turf. It looks amazing and ties our yard together perfectly.Getting the details set up with Brad was super straightforward and flexible around our schedule.The crew that came out to do the job were professional, friendly and paid attention to detail. They came up with a few ideas that we went with that made the yard that much better.The materials used were quality and we love the whole thing!I'd definitely recommend this product.
