A two hour flat rate was charged to my mother who was trying to care for her sick husband. She was told to sign her name and was not explained what she was signing. She was charged 230$ for a 20 minute visit in which he did nothing but refer an electrician. The electrician did the work for free as it was a quick fix and because he is a decent human being. Would and will not recommend this company to anyone. They might do okay work but they seem to be morally bankrupt.

Very friendly service, going out of their way to do a good job. Helpful in solving a problem with my toilet and did extensive work to clear a plugged drain in my kitchen sink. I expected to have a much larger bill than the 250.00 cost. I am totally pleased.

This father and son team are beyond professional and courteous, they are extremity responsive and wonderful people. I would highly recommend them for any job, big or small!

Stew came out for the second time to our place recently. He and his team were so fantastic the first time around that we called them when we were having low water pressure. We thought it was to replace just our water pump but turns out it was a huge job and we had to dig up our well. They tested everything before having to do that and they were so great about it all. Highly recommend them.

I have had really good experiences with Alex Bankley. Today I had the misfortune of having his father Stew come for a service call. After waiting a week for the appointment I was told by Stew how customers always underestimate time needed and that he did not have time for my job. Disappointed and frustrated as I had not estimated the job but rather understood Bankley's would do that. He told me he had allotted two hours and it would take atleast six. He then offered to start and come back two or three weeks later to finish leaving me without water. I declined. As he turned to leave I said thanks for nothing. He went off, as he finally left he shouted you are a fuc.ing a.. hole. Not a productive service call.

The job was done, after work we looked closely vanity stood askew, damaged in 2 places, shower head not all the way in (you can see the coils). It took me half of my weekend to put a vanity against the wall....when my second half mentioned the imperfections and that the boys were dragging their feet, we were told that we signed customer satisfaction agreement. He came up pretty strong as well even rude. We thought we were singing the amount of hours worked. Nobody explained what we signed and since we were at work and in a rush we did not look. I guess Mr Bankleys got the point. Seriously though you should stand by the quality of your work.Adding a star since nothing is leaking.

Stewart was very responsive to help us out with our water issue (or lack of!) and got our well issue sorted out. It is now also up to code.
