I have a personal and business account last 13 to15 years. With RBC . I will move in Branford 4 months ago ! This branch all the time give me a hard time all the Time hold my check 7 to 10 days! ! Even I get the check from my company every month I don’t know how many years ! And still this brunch put in the hold:(:(:(.I’m happy to go with the TD bank next week November 2021

If you’re in the market for business banking, you MUST see Tracy LeBlanc. She helped me move my accounts from another bank, without glitches. She was very thorough and followed up with me to ensure everything was too my liking. She also made it so I was saving about $35/month in service fees. Thank you RBC and thank you Tracy!!!

It's a bank you go in there to do some business and I'll try to sell you every product they have an RBC family so they're definitely pushing their products hard cuz you tell him no and they still do it

We were invited to renew mortgage, were sitting and waited for 1 hour to get one simple answer what is the lowest mortgage rate, , were told RBC not having open mortgages (while they were clearly listed on RBC web site), barely speaking English specialist" gave us 4 times wrong rate

The WORST. Always have 1 or 2 people working (while 20 more people walk around behind them) with a lineup out the door. I avoid going in person at all costs, but there's consequences for that too, like holding cheques for a week before the funds are available. Over the phone customer service is even worse , 2+ hour wait time . Literally the worst bank ever
