Great friendly staff, quick exam times, recently brought our daughter for an eye exam, to find out she needs glasses, which they helped her choose through different styles of frames etc.

I came into the store without an idea of what I was looking for. Sanjog had approached me and was very pleasant to talk to. He had helped me through the entire process of choosing and picking my frames. To getting my frames fitted to my face. Overall my experience was amazing and I can’t recommend them more.

What a great experience.All the staff were very friendly and pleasant and were very helpful and knowledgeable . The store itself was immaculately clean and well laid out.I mainly dealt with Paige who was a pleasure to deal with.All in all a pleasant experience.

My family and I always used Specsavers in the UK as we always had a great experience, staff were great and prices affordable.I was so happy when this branch in Barrie opened! Every member of staff were friendly, helpful and informative. Extremely thorough exam by Kelsey who explained every step and all options.I won't go anywhere else.....

My experience below, was followed by store manager Carmen offering an apology and making a heartfelt attempt at restoring my faith in Specsavers. It is unfortunate that the incident ever had to happen but I truly appreciate the efforts to rectify it.Do not buy anything in this store. This was the worst customer service experience of my life. The person named Lori treated me with complete disdain. They treated me as though I was a common criminal. I had purchased two pair of glasses from them and then two more. They made a mistake on the order. 4 trips and 4 weeks to get two pair of glasses and treated like a thief. Go anywhere else but here.

All the stuff there was very polite and friendly. The optometrist that day was Kelsey a girl quite tall very friendly and welcoming made you feel comfortable quick and professional good experience !

My experience with Specsavers was excellent. The staff were knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. The selection of frames for ones glasses was very good .The Doctor who examined my eyes was very good and thorough. She explained everything as she carried out my eye exam. I would highly recommend Specsavers as a great place to order your new glasses and to get your eye exam,

I am very impressed with my experience here at Specsavers. The staff are all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They have helped me with my glasses and made sure I was happy with them. Their selection is good and the prices are amazing! I would recommend their services to anyone.

Staff were all polite and friendly. The woman who did the scans was very knowledgeable and explained everything as it was happening and what I needed to do for best result. The optometrist was also friendly and determined to make sure everything was as accurate as possible. Took me for another scan because she didn't like the view of one of them and had a particular concern which I've never heard of. Even set me up with a specialist to address her concern. Very satisfied with all staff and services provided at this location. Will definitely be returning and recommending family members here.
