Fantastic Needles

My son had shoved his large ski gloves in and out of his winter coat pockets repeatedly so that there were large tears on both sides of the pockets. One was much worse. The employee quoted $25 for the one side as she had to take apart the liner to fix it. She ended up repairing both sides for the same cost. Very happy I don't have to purchase a new coat.

I have been going for years. I really like them and always been friendly, not always talkative can be a little reserved but always kind. I have many of my clothing items altered alongand some dry cleaning. No complaints get the job done and a convenient location.Roxanne ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Drove specifically here to get a shirt and pants repaired today. The lady was so rude and uninviting when I came in. I said I had a shirt and jeans to repair, showed her the shirt she says ok super uninterested (like lady, why are you even there then?!) Then I showed her the jeans where an apliqué had to be glued and she says NO, we dont have the glue very rudely, I said ok then give me back my shirtShe just coldly threw it at me and walked away. This business should beware of the fact they currently have clients because reviews and word of mouth spread. They will not be there anymore in 5 years with an attitude like that. All they have going for them is location. Would never go back there, will take it to a place who knows great customer service and appreciate their clients

Hemmed expensive pants way to short and then wants to charge us for the repair. When the owner marked it we said it was too short . He put a new mark on it at the right length then they still did it too short now wants to charge us to fix. Female staff berry rude . They also promised the pants by Friday and were a day late. Worst place ever. Go anywhere else

Terrible experience. I wished I would have read the reviews before going. I assumed because they have been in the mall so long they must do good business. I was completely wrong and all the negative reviews are so true . I could write a novel about all the bad things I experienced. Women at the desk very rude. When I called to see if my order was ready (after not receiving a call on the date I was told it was going to be finished ) the man on the phone said he was very busy and didn’t have time, I should just go to the shop. When I picked up my shirt it was shoved to me and I was dismissed. When I got home I realized they didn’t hem the shirt at all. The women had kept my receipt and since I paid cash I have no proof of payment. Very unprofessional, scammers and rude. I don’t know how they are allowed to stay open

Absolutely disappointed with the quality of work! Took in 3 pairs of pants to have hemmed (shortened into shorts actually) and only one pair was the right length the other 2 were no where near the length that I asked (and owner measured) for. After reading their reviews on here I figure it's not worth the trouble trying to get a refund or have them redone. Not that there is a fix once you've shortened something way to much. Stay away from this place Oh and they charged me for alteration not hemming which is really what they did. Shoulda read the reviews first.

Do not go here. Wedding today, brought in my formal jumpsuit for what should be an easy hem. She only marked it. I asked for it to be floor length and it’s ankle length. I’m embarrassed to wear this to the wedding. They did not leave any material to adjust the hem and bring it back down. Also, the quality of the work is bad, they did not know how to work with the material and the hem rippled and nowlooks cheap. My lovely formal jumpsuit now looks like it’s cheap quality due to their poor workmanship. I will be asking for a full refund and for the cost of my clothing as a remedy. If you have anything of value or import, do not attend this establishment. It may be ok for cheap clothing where you don’t care about the result.

I don’t usually post reviews, but I had a not-so-pleasant experience with Fantastic Needle. The person that helped me was pretty aggressive. The buttons I wanted to be fixed on multiple items weren't done correctly, and the customer service was terrible. Save your money and find another vendor. I'm giving it two stars instead of one because at least the dry cleaning was okay, but I believe this is outsourced.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Very rude customer service. The employee was dismissive. Would not recommend

THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN! Their 3rd party contractor who actually “cleans” your products are called Spic and Span. They are horrible. Had a massive confrontation with the owner of the store AND the old man from Spic and span while I was there. He walked in while we were fighting over my ruined blanket that she agreed to reimburse me for. They Ruined my $200 fur blanket from the Bay. Won’t reimburse me. They’re are robbing us all blind. Run don’t walk away!!! They will say they can clean something and they will ruin it!!! Taking legal action.
