Great quiet place to park, eat and get some work done in the car

Open up the parking apocalyptic crisis for heaven's sake. Using COVID as an excuse to limit the customers options is not cool.

Google Maps wants me to review a parking lot. Fine. It's a place I parked my car, and when I was done shopping, my car was still there. 5 stars!!

Very big open space, therefore it is a parking lot.

Layout results in ridiculously traffic parking lot. 30mins just to go from one floor to another, staff are not willing to help either. We called 3 times to ask for help, initially we were told to go back around. Following calls were just dropped before even answering, Very rude.

It's always a mess and short of parking. No proper management and pupil get frustrated finding a spot.

Underground parking (below theater section) lot was a mess. I understand construction and all but the expectation is to review pathways, pedestrian access, etc. It appears all they did was put up barricades and said good luck. This was on a weekend and I didn't see any workers. It would make sense to add directional signs to guide you through the access including elevators - include security to support until such time that it becomes dangerous to allow entry. And if that's the case, they did a lousy job ensuring no one enters the area. It was full of people coming and going, having lunch, etc. I am not saying I'm an expert engineer in parking, but I do know bad planning when I see it. Find another place to park or go to a mall that makes parking a no-think effort.
