So I did A LOT of researching to find the right company to hire to get duct cleaning done at my parent's house for them. After several searches, calling and getting various quotes from all different companies, I decided on Simmco and it was a choice I don't regret.This company is NADCA certified and even before I decided to go with this company, the lady I dealt with over the phone was super friendly and helpful. She emailed me full details of their service and quote. I love that this company does not try to pressure you into going with their company, they simply give you the information you request and you decide what you would like to do.The two technicians arrived on time (actually a little earlier, which was great) and gave me a courtesy call that they were on their way and that I should be expecting them in 20 min (I love it when companies do this). They arrived with all their equipment and started right away. They put on shoe covers so that they were not walking around the house with their outdoor shoes and covered the floor to prevent any scratching with the hose. They had a big vacuum mounted truck and you could just hear how clean the vents were getting. They also air pressured each and every vent in the house and sanitized them. The hole they made in the duct line was sealed and they put their sticker on with details of when the service was completed. We also got them to do the dryer vent cleaning as well.After they were complete, they gave me a copy of their checklist of the service they completed and showed me the before and after pictures of the ducts. This company accepts most methods of payment and are very affordable. They made my decision to go with them easy, no pressuring and with their friendly customer service gave me peace at mind after the work was done. I will definitely use their services again and recommend their company.

I used SIMMCO for duct cleaning, as it was recommended by a friend. Spoke with Irene on the phone and she was super professional and helpful. Booked the day and time that worked for me and informed me of the current promotions. The guys that came to the house, Slava and Zhenia were very professional, explained the whole process and appeared knowledgeable and experienced. Before and after pictures were provided as well. Out of 4 companies that I called, SIMMCO were able to do the job in a shortest time and the price was more than reasonable. Definitely recommend and will use in the future.

Well I was having a serious issue of purified air at my home due to continuous cooking .and my ducts got so jammed and start polluting my home environment then my neighborhood suggested me about this SIMMCO INC and i referred to them. Excellent service, had Simmco come in and clean all my ducts and vents at my home.....They confirmed the day before, and they called me when they were a half hour away, much appreciated. Yevhen and Joel were two competent young man, who were thorough, fast and cleaned up after themselves and at the same time were very personable....Was very pleased, not only would I use them again but would recommend them highly....

The two gentlemen came at the end of the day and assessed the situation, which happened to be a dead bird stuck in our bathroom exhaust vent. They promptly returned this morning, got on the roof removed, cleaned sanitized and repaired the vent structure. They were friendly, positive and delivered quality work. I appreciate the professional service and would reccomend you hire them for your next job! Keep up the good work!

Sometimes you can't believe everything you read online. We hired Simmco because they were local to our neighborhood and had an excellent rating but we did not dig deep enough to find how unprofessional and unethical this company is especially the owner Slava. We booked their service as the house was just built only for them to cancel and reschedule us a couple of times which was two indications to go elsewhere but unfortunately we did not. Two employees came to our home and one was a young boy and was just hired and on his first week on the job and clearly did not know what he was doing as the older employee kept getting frustrated with him and apologized for his mistakes. Needless to say, the young man damaged several spots in our new home, and I reported it while they were there. The older gentleman took photos and apologized once again and said he would let Slava the owner know so they could have the damage repaired. We also went to verify the work they had done and to our surprise there was still debris in the vents and did not complete all the tasks they claimed they did while they were there. Eventually, Slava showed up to inspect the damage only to accuse us of doing the damage. He went to great lengths to avoid taking responsibility and eventually stopped responding to us. If you check other review sites, you'll see this is what he does. He'll turn the tables and place the blame on you. I would stay clear of this company or use at your own risk.
