Walked in on the off chance the lads here had a spare power block for a monitor. Walked out 10 minutes later with everything sorted. Super friendly and had the spare parts I needed. Couldn't recommend them more highly if you're around the Whistler area.

James at Control Alt Delete is my go to guy for IT help, he is very responsive and professional and knowledgeable. He was able to salvage" my daughter's laptop after a coffee spill had us unable to turn it on. The Apple specialist company in town took a look at it and told us it was a write off

My son recently participated in a new programme James and his talented son Logan held and it was to build his own computer! Holden had the best time learning and felt so excited to be able to take what he built home and use it. The guys were so friendly, helpful, professional and patient. I highly recommend their computer building workshop :)

Great local business, went to inquire about replacing a broken cord for my computer. They identified what I needed from my description. Then sent me home with a salvaged cord at no cost. Everything works perfectly! They certainly have my trust for future repairs!

CAD took $4,600 (half payment upfront) offering IT Auditing services and provided little to no follow up services. attempting to reach Chris is not possible as he just ignores your calls and speaking with their reception team results in you being ignored. Use a more reputable company to provide IT services.

So I got hacked, pc compromised, email is getting spammed, and money stolen via online banking. Probably one of the most frustrating and anxiety fuelling events that I can remember for a long time. After meeting with my bank, the police and flipping though a thousand junk emails. I called CTRL ALD DEL and I’m so glad I did. I can’t say enough about how amazing Chris was to work with. He’s professional, super friendly and really helped make this terrible situation much more tolerable, and I learned a lot to boot. (Boot pun haha!)5 Stars all the way! Thanks so much Chris. You rock!

We had a fantastic experience with CTRL ALT DELETE. We first phoned them frantically at 11am as we were having internet issues at our store. Chris was onsite within 3 hours and had us back up and running in just over an hour! Knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. We would have been completely lost without them. Thank you guys!!!
