This service was recommended by Samsung, when they came to my place to check on my washing machine cause it was leaking, they told me that I need to buy a new one, since it was more expensive to fix it than to buy a new one.When my husband decided to have a look, he noticed that it was only a hose that was broken, we change it and the issue was fixed.It is really unfortunately that they make you buy a new machine when it is not needed. I call the hotline to complain and they asked me to send a mail, 15 days later no one has even acknowledge my mail.Really disappointed!

The technician was amazing but the time it takes to replace my broken fridge is unacceptable. We waited over a week for a tech to come and now we are left with no fridge while we wait for them to come back. Too long a wait.
