I was repeatedly interrupted by the employee while attempting to order with attempts to upsell me and then was accosted by the drive through rep for not responding to their attempts to upsell me. This is unacceptable from a business, especially one that struggles with the simple task of getting orders correct in the first place. Please address professionalism with your employees.It is routine for this employee to behave this way and she is the only one who does so.

Im not normally a fan of Tims at all, but this location is always fast and the staff are friendly. 8/10 times the coffee is perfect.

Amaazing food! The whole experience from start to finish is great nd the new girl on counter i think his name is kuljit are so friendly and kind. The food can’t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. Always a great spot to get great food.

While in the drive-thru with my wife, the attendant at the window was having a hard time understanding us while my wife was trying to get her points redeemed through the Tim's app. As we're trying to sort it out, the manager comes over, cancels everything and in the most condescending tone tries to explain to us that we were doing it wrong. Turns out, we weren't because the points were incorrectly redeemed. He pushed his employee out of the way, didn't help the customer, and then rushed us out of the drive through. At 6am. With no one else in the drive-thru. Abysmal service that's been escalated to corporate. Do not go here.

The manager is way too intense. He values drive thru timings for the franchise over customer service. Who cares how good the timings are if you lose customers? He even frequently goes in the drive thru in his own car multiple times to trick the sensors that he's getting a lot of customers to boost the franchise. You shouldn't leave the drive thru with anxiety and getting yelled at to hurry up. Absolutely ridiculous there's other Tim's close enough to straight up avoid this place.

There are only two restaurants/ fast-food chains here in the base but still this branch is great. The staffs are really friendly, courteous, and the service is quick.

Slow Service, always in a rush and forget parts of your order. Then takes a long time for them to correct it.Now enjoy cardboard spoons with added chemicals for your next meal.Yum!

Male server unable to apologize for not giving the correct order said “you should be happy the wrap is more expensive”.I wish I could have answered Don’t worry young man If I paid for it’s because their were funds to pay for. Omit you inappropriate comment and just give me what I ordered. I tried to speak with the manager who said I told him to say that. The service is good when female staff are on. They are not driven by ego.

Well all Tim hortons probably have the worst food, but the once a month I maybe get something to eat real quick and stop at this Tim hortons. My expectations are as low as can be at this one. Especially when they say my order back to me and when I receive my order its still wrong everytime. No egg means no egg.

This Tim Hortons is the absolute worst at customer service. I have repeatedly had bad experiences with Drew at the drive thru, even after phoning in and speaking to him about it. He apologized profusely, offered a Tim Card to make up for it and then has never changed his demeanor. All he cares about is getting cars through as fast as possible. He is constantly pushing my tray of drinks at me at the same time as I am trying to pay on the debit machine. He is rude and abrasive.This Tim Hortons serves many many youth from the High School and they are continually treated poorly because they are teenagers. My daughters have on multiple occasions been refused to be able to use their Tim Cards to redeem their free coffees. They have been ridiculed at the window, spoken to very rudely at the drive thru speaker. I have been in the passenger seat when it's happened on more than one occasion. They have separate rules for teenagers and adults using the Tim's app. They make a lot of money from the youth at the High School and those students should be treated with as much respect as any other customer. Not that any customer is treated kindly at this location.....Worst management I've ever seen.
