It was a reasonable meal, the place was clean and it is wheelchair accessible, they have decent seating and a clean atmosphere but the bathrooms are locked and need a key to get in, took over a few minutes to get a kid and their parent into the restroom and also the service was a tad slow only because it seemed understaffed, they are doing the best they can but otherwise a normal McDonald’s experience. Would be nice to have more tables cleaned.

I swear the service is only good when nobody wants to be here. I have been at this location so many times and never had a good experience HOWEVER, today I ordered something very modified just because why not and they got it spot on. It was absolutely delicious, nothing burnt, nothing cold, nothing undercooked. Superb service too they brought it right out to me. I would give 5 starts for this experience alone but the previous failures are taken into consideration

First time eating here and it was an amazing experience! The atmosphere is relaxing but bright, and so comfortable. Customer service was outstanding and the staff was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We got a variety of food to share, including new chicken big mac, apple pies as desert, Crème egg Mcflurry,New Strawberry Splasher drink, hot fresh fries- everything had great flavour and was presented beautifully. Very reasonably priced with large portions; we left very full with extra for lunch tomorrow. Our visit to this location was one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve had in a long time, and we will soon be returning with friends and family!

Ordered a vanilla iced coffee and had a sip while driving to leave. A bunch of coffee granules when i sipped. Told them nicely about it. Asked me to pull over on the side and replaced it and gave me the same thing. Like seriously. So I said, is your coffee maker broken or what? They replaced it for the first third time with the crew having a blatant look on her face telling me, try it before you leave. I didn’t even bothered trying. Didn’t even apologize. Like it’s my fault. Disgusting service.

Took forever to get basic fast food. Sat for 3 minutes before anyone took my order. Then 3 minutes again to pay...then told to park and waited 10 minutes for my food. Thanks for taking my entire lunch break to get food guys. FAST FOOD...ha! Get your acts together.

This locally there Drive through is open 24hrs but it's NOT, I have stopped there 3 days in a row between 3:25 &3:30. I pull up to the screen, they lady say sorry we are closed not taking orders. All I want is a coffee. Guess I start going to tim hortons again. Thanks anyways.

Past few times I’ve gone through the drive thru they have gotten my order wrong or missed items . I understand it gets busy and people make mistakes. Well I came back after not coming here for awhile and they forgot my sons chicken nuggets in his happy meal which we were already at home when we realized . I called and they took my number down and gave us a free happy meal on our next visit which was appreciated. Thank you for correcting the issue but I feel this location has become inconsistent. On another note Staff are friendly and kind!

Trash as usual. At least they're consistent. Employees or managers have a habit of relabelling the pies that expire, rather than throwing them out, they just sell them to customers. Third time this has happened here.
