They never shipped out my ring. When I called the number on the website it was disconnected. I even tried calling the local number with no answer.Update:I finally received a email from the company 5 days after I sent it and tried to call. The told me they were in the middle of a move and they were delayed because of it. They told me they would finish the ring the next day and send it out. The ring was finished and sent to me overnight at their expense. It arrived the next day and the quality is excellent. Because of the delay and lack ofCommunication I couldn't give them 5 stars.

The customer service i received here was amazing. Some of the best ive ever experienced. The rings i ordered were perfect, exactly as ordered, and right on time. The reps i spoke with worked around shipping (i had some plans change on my end and needed them quicker) they were prompt and helpful.Thanks!

Ordered my husband's wedding ring from Arnell Workshop. He was so happy with the quality of work, and fit of his ring. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a jeweler.

Beware buying rings with gems in them! The craftsmanship" is unacceptable and they do not offer refunds on their flawed work. My engagement ring broke twice before I had owned it for 2 years. The rings are beautiful while they last

GREAT Canadian based company! Amazing customer service!This company went out of the way to make our wedding day the most important day in our lifes.My now husband and I went to a Jewelery shop and had his finger measured for sizes ect. That shop did not have titanium rings so I went online and found Titanium Rings. What I didn't know is that ring sizes seem to vary for some reason and that we should have measured the inner diameter in mm. I ordered a size 21 for him and a size 4 for me on the Titanum Ring website and I could choose the engraving directly with the order. Super easy user-friendly website.The rings came in the mail - mine fit perfectly but his was probably 1 to 2 sizes too big. I emailed their customer service and Susan responded within 24 hours. She said that I can send it back and that I should re-measure my husband's finger and re-order. She also informed me that I would get a one time discount on the re-sized ring if I'd send the wrong size back. Said and done. The re-sized ring came in the mail a week later BUT now the ring was too small... somehow we had measured incorrectly even though we measured the diameter of the finger in mm.I emailed Susan again and she said I could send it back again and she would give me another discount for re-sizing a second time once I mailed the other back. A week later I had the third order in the mail and THIS time ot was the right size!A BIG THANK YOU to this company and Susan for giving us all these discounts even though the measuring part was clearly on us!! I would always always ALWAYS order my wedding bands or what ever rings from them again. I can only recommend to order here!
