They charged $1400 for a truck and trailer alignment as well as the tie rod ends for the steering. My steering was twisted to go in and twisted to come out after the repair.They balanced my steers and it was vibrating at high speeds. I took off the balancers and it ran fine. They also replaced a U bold on the back axel and straightened it but not the middle axel. One of the younger techs seamed to be hateful from when I was checking my truck in. Within a month and a half I lost a new front left steer due to uneven wear. The axels are not running straight. I wonder if they did a 3 axel alignment on the truck at all.

I wish there was a NO STAR option. Wasted my time and money at this shop. Took my work van there for a broken spring and they installed it backwards. When I mentioned it, the owner denied it and made excuses which made no sense. The alignment was way off after the job was done wrong and I was told there was no need to get the alignment done. I had to take my van to another shop where they did the job all over again and aligned the wheels.

This place has the worst Customer Service I have ever seen. Did not care about my inquiry or to help another buisness by giving a shop that does the work I needed. The guy on the phone sounded drunk or high on a Wednesday at 11am. Tell him to open his mouth when trying to talk.

They gave me a good price and then after I went and got all the parts for my truck the price that they now give me is double the cost that they told me before even when they were supplying the parts crooked people
