I went in to get some pictures printed. I apparently didn't save the pictures in the right format so I tried again on the spot and saved new pics on my phone. While I did this, which literally took about a minute, the guy went off and helped somebody else and pretty much never came back. I stood there at the counter clearly ready, he walked by me about seven times, didn't even look at me. So I just ejected my USB key from his computer and left. Total waste of my morning.

Good place to buy school and office supplies. But service is not good if you need assitance with fax machine, passport size photo. I only face problem with these 2 services, and i was waiting for someone to help buy i guess there is staff shortage. But i do want to appreciate the staff, because once i lost my important documents in store and they found it and kept it safely. Thank for that.

Caught in the endless game of mismanagement. I ordered online to pick up at this location. Inventory showed two in stock. The manager at marche central Says it's perfectly normal that inventory shows online and that it is not available in store. (Shows a lot of professionalism). Anyways in order to pick up at another location. It is under bureau en gros policy that the order must be cancelled by the store itself. You therefore pass a couple of hours on the phone in order to get them to cancel. Then you must call back in order to reprocess the order at another store. You must also call that store to check inventory since the management doesn't do their job. In all it took me 2.5hrs to place order online rather than the 1 hr drive it took me to visit three bureau en gros locations and check the inventory myself. Once the order gets placed you need to wait an additional 30min in order for the store to see the online order in the system. Never stepping foot in this store again.

Inayat- this is the name of the most unprofessional supervisor I have ever met. Was pushing protections on client making other wait. I witnessed him treating a poor mother that was buying a keyboard for her young daughter that was clearly right in asking to be charged the price of the mousepad that was showed on the display. The young girl cashier put the price and the supervisor made her redo the transaction without the price adjustment. And when the lady said she would call the next day to speak to the manager he told her that she could also call a judge. I have never witnessed anything like it. And I only saw inayat with 3 customers all served unprofessionally. I hope they FIRE him before he destroys what it left of the reputation of this staples. I know his name because one customer asked for it. He was not wearing is name tag of course. For myself I’m never going there again.

They even don’t deserve 1 star, my experience in this store was horrible.I requested to print a file in certain dimensions and using a thick glossy paper, the service was bad and the staff were so stupid.After one hour of waiting i got my order in a matte cartoon paper not as I requested.I lost my money and my time thereNot recommended.

Worst printing service. Low staff and staff who are simply lost when you ask them a question. Tells me there are a lot of orders and that she can’t print my documents when there’s no order being processed. No solutions oriented service.

All Bureau en Gros are doomed lately. Untrained staff. Missing people on the floor.I had to carry heavy box to the cash as I could not find anyone or anything to carry it.At the cash the guy was so unprofessional, I had to lift the box so this poor fella could scan. Kept offering me protection, when I simply asked about return policy.Do something about it before some other chain selling office equipment appeats and pushes you out of business.

Terrible and Rude Customer ServiceIf all the employees here had one common denominator, it's their rudeness and unprofessionalism. There were several instances where I sent different print jobs to them with same-day printing and they couldn't accomplish it within the time frame that was provided to me.However, that wasn't the problem. The problem is how they communicate with me about the situation. Instead of immediately letting me know that there's a printing problem with order, it would go on for days without communication. And as soon as I bring it up to them, I am met with nothing but discourteous apologies. At some point, I feel like they're deliberately rude because how is it that every time I try to follow up about my orders, I am treated with rudeness and unprofessionalism.It's an arduous journey picking up print jobs from them because not only you have to hear a bunch of excuses that doesn't make sense at all, but you all have to deal with their rude customer service.
