Delighted with the arrival of our Arctic Spa hot tub! After doing our research, we settled on a tub that would be just right for us. Pool Boy (Denise & Justin) were very helpful from beginning to end. Our tub arrived on time, the installation team were excellent. Took the time to figure out the optimal configuration (which took moving the tub a few times). Jordan and Ben got everything up and running and Jordan took us through the maintenance routine and we were soaking by suppertime! Excellent service and support.

Bought an arctic spa family size hot tub in June 2022. Wonderful service at the store, as I was looking for a very specific configuration of the hot tub. Met with the owner Chris, who went through his whole list of inventory and had his team unwrap a new tub in order for me to see it fully. Once purchased, very good communication as to the delivery date is, and the team did a wonderful job with the set up. Jordan and the delivery guys took their time to make sure everything was right with the delivery, and followed up with hot tub school to make sure we knew the best way to use the tub and upkeep the water. Very much appreciated that the purchase of the tub came with a full chemical kit for water upkeep. All in all, a very good experience working with Pool Boy Inc.

They recently replaced our salt water system, pump, and filter, and went above and beyond to ensure our pool was sparkling clean in record time. From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team displayed a high level of professionalism and expertise and the service was flawless. The water quality improved significantly, and the entire pool area now feels rejuvenated. I am extremely impressed with the results and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of pool services. Truly commendable.

An Update!! Well… you never want to have a problem with a hot tub. But the effort to solve my issue was excellent. Ben was my service tech and he worked hard to solve it and educated me along the way. Couldn’t ask for better service from this company. The reason I chose to deal with them over other local companies has proven to be the right decision.I could not have had a better experience dealing with this company. The experience from the moment you walk into the showroom and see Faith, to the moment that Jordan and his team are handing over the end product after an extensive educational experience is unbelievable. It is very evident that they truly care about the clients experience and enjoyment of the products they sell. Don’t hesitate to visit them. Thanks!!!

Jordan came out today for service and he is always great to work with and does a fantastic job, Justin in the office always make sure we have what we need and can trust they will be there if we need them. We purchased tub from Pool Boys last fall. Out initial interaction was with Denise. She was VERY helpful and knew her products. Explained and answered all our questions. The tub was delivered by Jordan and Ben. Two very hard working lads. They set it up in no time and Jordan took all the time to review its operation and the chemicals to use. Very happy clients. We recently purchased an Artic Spa Hot Tub from PoolBoy and have been very pleased with the service and support we have received from the PoolBoy team and especially Jordan. They are always on time for Service appointments and Jordan always goes the extra mile from cleaning the ice off the hot tub cover and making sure our water is perfectly balanced! Thanks PoolBoy - we really love our SPA!
