I can only comment on hot athletica. I love the dynamic" nature of the workout. Not monotonous at all. I also love how it hits the whole body. Lastly

Today I went to Dynamic Fitness to purchase some workout clothing. Google says that it's open on Sundays from 11am and I went and it was closed. However a nice woman who works there let me in and I was able to try on some stuff. She went far beyond the extra mile. I will be coming back for sure and recommending!

I went to Triona’s class on Monday and am looking forward to coming back soon. Triona was very welcoming and showed great awareness of her clients and their varying abilities. She can both push you to further practice, and accommodate if experiencing injury/limitations. I also loved that the class size was small enough to allow for one-on-one posture adjustments. It definitely feels like more of a community than a class, you can tell the instructors care about everyone’s growth.

Friendly, not cliquey, very relaxed. It’s close to my work so easy to go on my lunch break and I absolutely love the infrared heat at hot yoga. :)

I have been doing yoga at Dynamic for about 3 years now. All the instructors are very helpful and knowledgeable. The new location is more upscale, however the yoga studio is a lot smaller than before. They are also trying to figure out the settings of the infrared heating system.
