I've been in this location several times and the staff has been helpful, but today the man helping" me was just plain rude

Need to update hours or hire staff that actually comes into work. Was there on Sunday at 10:18am no sign of anyone. Waste of time.

Owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. Very welcoming atmosphere and amazing selection of products. Carries a lot of things you can’t get anywhere else.

Came into the store as someone who knows nothing about supplements. The staff member that was working (I forgot to grab his name) was extremely helpful and made great recommendations. He not only recommended products but also explained the differences and gave me advice about how to incorporate it into my life in a healthy way. This is the kind of experience you just can’t get buying online and I’m glad I stopped in.

I bought some mutant mass gainer that I didn't like so I brought it back at the end of the week with no receipt. The rep was able to find the transaction and I exchanged for a better product with no hassle. Great service!

The staff was helpful and explained every product really good.

Went in to the store looking for pre workout. The gentleman names Ozzie( hope I spelt his name correctly) was a big help. Definitely will go back.

I would rate higher but google seems to have capped my limit here to five stars. I’ve been to many different supplement stores and I have finally found the best one! I spoke to Sahil and he was able to answer all of my questions and was enthusiastic and appreciative the whole time. The prices and the selection were like something out of a dream to be honest, things I had never seen or heard of! I cannot express how enjoyable my first time at Supplement King was. Thank you Sahil, i will never shop for my supplement needs anywhere else.

What a terrible experience. I ordered supplements online through the London store Wednesday July 5th at 9pm, hoping to recieve my products by Friday. Reading their next buisness day shipping policy this would make sense. Friday comes by and I realize I was never given a follow up email with a tracking number as it mentions in the purchase confirmation. I try to get a hold of the store by email, instant messenger and phoning the store for almost 2 and a half hours no response. At this point I feel like I am being had. I send an email saying you know what forget it and the manager calls me on his personal phone. I did not ask to be called on my phone please reply to an email with an email especially if I am not including my phone number, in the email. Manager tells me that the products were shipped yesterday (Thursday) and that it should show up today. This was a lie he had just created the label 6 min before calling me.So it's now Monday I could have gone out and bought what I wanted over the weekend. But due to the incompetence at this store I am still waiting and most likely won't see my products till tomorrow 4 buisness days after ordering.

Our favourite supplement store by far with the best selection! We drive out of our way to come to this location. Sahil is very knowledgeable & helpful and he’s always so friendly! We really appreciate his first responders discount as well.
