It can be a bit pricey but the selection of clothing matched my tastes and body size beautifully. Staff was very courteous and attentive. Made the process a breeze. Will be coming back.

My go to for snazzy big man threads. Literally the only place that carries 3xt in the lower mainland. Most of the clothing is geared towards older people but there are still gems to be found. In 2014 I got a red Hugh Hefner esque smoking jacket for $60. Originally almost $400.

Ladies at the counter were extremely slow checking us out.

Selection was decent - I feel they were transitioning from their summer stock over to fall, so variety in dress shirts was a little lacking, but other then that it was good.I wanted to try on 3 dress shirts and was only allowed to try on one of them because it was already unwrapped/unpinned (it was on a hanger), and I was kind of abruptly told by the (Manager?) that I could try on the one for sizing. When I pointed out that they were all different brand labels, he was a bit terse to respond “they’re all cut the same”. As a big guy, I’ve heard this before with other retailers - and it hasn’t been true - so I’m hesitant to buy without actually trying it on. I also wanted to see if I liked the patterns on me - they looked good when I held them up to my face, but again as a big guy, they could look terrible once fully on.He tossed 1 of packaged shirts I was wanting to try onto a display table, took the other packaged shirt over to the folding table and began to unpin it. You could tell he wasn’t happy to do it, and was kind of annoyed to be doing it.I’m glad he did, though, because I ended up wanting a different size in one of them, and ended up loving the pattern of one of them that I was a little “meh” about. In the end: when a customer wants to try on specific items, there shouldn’t be any push back; especially when those items cost well over $100 each. I can’t be wasting that kind of money and knew I didn’t have the time to come back and exchange/return it later if I didn’t end up liking it or it didn’t fit properly. I was willing to spend the time in the store to find the perfect items, it would’ve been nice if the Manager was willing to spend that time with me as well. I probably won’t go back here now, as a result - I’ll either drive all the way out to Coquitlam (1hr+ out of my way) or find a whole other big/tall retailer and move my business there.

If you are XL+ this is the place for you. Sizes xl - 6xl, lots of brands and styles. Staff were very friendly and helpful, store was clean and organized.

For affordable modern suits, this is one of the only options in Thunder Bay. The first time we were looking for a suit, the staff were amazing and very helpful. However, they didn't have the size we wanted in stock (online or in-store). We returned a second time, and the staff did not help us. We were passed over multiple times as they helped other customers (who came in after us). We finally found a suit. They didn't offer to find different sizes or offer assistance in ordering a suit when they didn't have the size in stock. We were sarcastically told by a rude sales lady good luck with that" when we were ready to place a order on suit after we found the items by ourselves. Walked out unimpressed. I recommend not going during busy hours in order to get semi-good customer service

My husband and I just went here to get him suited up for a formal event. Susan was immensely kind and knowledgeable, helping us get everything we needed and even measured him for tailoring.Though attire here can be pricey, there were lots of sale items to choose from and everything appears to be of excellent quality. Thank you, Big & Tall, for a wonderful shopping experience.

Really friendly. I suffer from depression and having fell on tough times recently gained a lot of weight. It can be hard to buy nice clothes when this happens and most of my wardrobe consists of bulk purchased 2XL dull grey t shirts because shopping at other places can be such a difficulty. It can be difficult as a big guy to accept my body size and feel better about myself, but having somewhere to shop like this is definitely a great help.
