Bob and his team at Surlang have been absolutely first rate in every sense of the word and in all aspects of our family dealing with them. It’s rare in these times to feel like you are acknowledged, remembered and cared for by a business, but these attributes have been the case for each one of our family when visiting Surlang over the years. Can’t recommend them enough.

I have been going to Surlang Pharmacy for a few years now. The staff are so friendly and informative. They go far and beyond to make you part of the Surlang family. Any information I need on my medications they are always there to help. Once we had a big snow fall and they went out of their way to delivery my medications to me. Bob at Surlang is the most politest, caring and goes way above. His staff are all so kind. Everyone knows your name when you walk in. Bob is the best!

Bob is a great pharmacist. He listens to your needs and gives personalized care. Most pharmacists are very passive. Thanks Bob for being a diamond in the rough!

I highly recommend seeing Bob before you or a family member resort to antidepressants prescribed by your doctor! My son who was struggling with antidepressant withdrawal was told to go back on the antidepressants by his doctor. Bob knowing that my son was reluctant to start back on them, recommended a few high quality supplements as a possible alternative. Within a couple of weeks of starting the supplements there was clearly a huge change for the better in the way my son felt! It might not work for everyone, but it certainly helped my son.We are fortunate to have Bob and his team at Surlang Pharmacy in our community!

I have been going to Surlang Pharmacy for quite a few years now and I am continually impressed by how professional and compassionate all of the staff are. Bob and Sonny go out of their way for you, in fact, when I forgot to pick up my blister pack, they phoned to make sure I was okay, or if I needed them to delivered. It was my first time at this pharmacy a few months ago and I was going through a very stressful time, trying to find treatment for symptoms that were (still are) undiagnosed by specialists. I came to pick up a prescription and became overwhelmed and in tears. Bob was so kind and immediately offered me a seat, water, tissues, and some comforting words. It wasn't a small gesture to me, and definitely one that I'll never forget.Everyone there is great with communicating via phone for pick ups/confirming prescription details if they seem incorrect, and ensuring you don't spend time waiting too long. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone who is looking for an empathetic, extremely knowledgeable and educated staff who have a genuine interest in your well being :)Thank you Bob & Surlang Team!

This review is long overdue. We have recommended Surlang Pharmacy for all our compounding prescriptions. They are very knowledgeable and very patient. We have used them for over 20 years and have been very satisfied. Bob is always coming up with new innovations, and keeping us all on our toes. He is understanding and makes very helpful suggestions. Started with Bob at Surlang Pharmacy a few years ago for joint compound. Help family with shots and all family meds. Could not be happier. Fast always helpful. They all take the time to answer all questions.

Recently moved into the area and was recommended going here to get my sons medicine compounded. Same day I transferred my whole families prescriptions right away. Bob, the pharmacist was so kind, helpful and understanding. The dr put the prescription in wrong and he went out of his way to fix it.Bob and his whole team have been amazing and so so helpful! We have found our new “home pharmacy” so happy to have found a great pharmacy
