Station Grounds: A Manufactured Housing Community

The roads need looking after way yo much ice left on the roads a good 4-5 inches thick.

A fairly nice mix of people living here.A good place to live.Lot rent is substantial.

I live there, it's a great community friendly and helpful neighbors and a safe place to raise kids.

Mainly retired folks, a few families, many little dogs and their parents" A bit expensive. Monthly lot rental fee. Very quiet. Close to everything."

We just moved into the park so far it's been great

Tenants should be allowed vegetable gardens. Lot fees way too high.

There is a lot of great people that live here. Its so nice and quiet. The people here are nice and friendly. Home owners take care of their yards and this park has a very nice appearance when entering it. However, the lot rent is completely so expensive and the people that take care of the streets here in this little community well they are useless. As for them not working on Sundays, I get that and respect that, BUT the owner of this whole property SHOULD BE GETTING SOMEONE ELSE TO PLOW THE STREETS!!!!I don't know how many people this morning couldn't go to work because the streets here you cant drive down. People stuck left right center.Something needs to be done about this. I know I am not the only one that is quite upset. I also am making a complaint to the manager that runs this Station Grounds. This is completely uncalled for.

We've been residence of station ground for almost three years and love living here the people are so friendly and very helpful with each other.
