Great airport taxi service, arrived early and was a smooth ride.

Some of the worst customer service employees I've ever had to deal with. The drivers do their best but seem to be distracted with taking orders from a mobile device and are constantly driving incredibly distracted which leads to them getting honked at while swerving lanes. I've used this service time and time again hoping for different results but both between the drivers and their dispatch, this has to be one of the worst customer service experiences you will have. The most recent experiences involve drivers cancelling your order once you get in the vehicle to force you to have to pay in vehicle instead of using their app. This left me feeling uneasy and very wary to use their services. Be warned.

Overall it was an average sort of experience. Prices were good but the quality of vehicle and driver were totally below mark. There were no lights inside the van. The driver rode rashly and always around 130km/h on highway even on curves where speed limit was 80, he drove more than 100km/h. Also violated many rules such as going on HOL when he can’t even cross the lanes. The management should direct their drivers to observe driving laws and adopt safe driving habits.
