If I could give zero star, I would. The front desk worker ( curly hair) with full of Aggressive and abusive behaviour. I couldn’t believe how she was mistreating Clints.

Very unprofessional, rude and outright biased people.These kinds of people should not be working with vulnerable refugees and newcomers.They are abusive and horrible including their leadership.

Very unprofessional,no ettiquete,mean responses.Inconsiderate. Going there is a waste of time.

Very caring people that work here. A lot of people forget that all the work done by this organization is purely volunteer. The amazing work they do is beyond what people expect. Sure people are upset there is a huge wait list but they are fair and you just have to wait your turn. They only get so many allocations by the government and people need to understand that patients is important. They do what they can to bring vulnerable people to Canada and help them establish them selves with the help of their sponsors. The ones leaving bad reviews for this organization are people that got rejected by this organization due to their bullying and abusive behaviour towards the volunteers. This organization is very open and transparent. They don’t accept or tolerate bribery like other organizations they are strictly on first come first serve. Unfortunately the government only allocates a few seats for them. I wish the government allocates more seats for them to cut the waiting list or to even get rid of the waiting list.

Horrible experience, tried to find some information about their program and they were rude on the phone and said since I don’t live in Canad they can’t help me, even though I was calling on behalf of a family that resides in Canad and they doesn’t speak English.I even asked what do you need me to provide you so you could help, and they said nothing we can’t talk to you!You should be there to help the community!

Poor professional and very rude to clients

I've been here a lot before, everyone is nice to my family and I.The art class is okay, but it's pretty boring. Otherwise, it's a really cool building!

I had to put one star otherwise it deserves 0 stars. Very unprofessional, extremely rude and disrespectful. And the reviews below only confirms my experience. I should have checked the reviews before contacting them.

unfortunately , very rude and unprofessional staff there, I called just to get info , but she just said can't help and hang up on my face.I really disappointment of this behavior, i thought this organization made to help people, I think this behavior is because they just open the organization to make money.I really felt that the lady who answer my call she took advantage to practices a racisms on my after she knew that I'm Arabic, that what i felt from her reaction. Maybe if someone else answer my call will treat me better.

Quality people working with new comers to Canada. Outings and dining.
