I'd give zero stars if possible. I don't think this company will last long. If you order more than 4 items, they charge an extra $1 per item - even if they're from the same aisle of the same store. It's an absurd policy.

Yes, it was a late order at 12:58am but DeliverBae is open till 3am. The restaurant I ordered from is now closed (2am) and I still haven't gotten food or even a confirmation that the food has been sent. I've emailed, and texted the support around 1:30am and got no response. Not a great impression, but besides that I do respect that someone contacted me the next morning apologizing for the inconvenience due to server maintenance and offered a compensation. That's good customer care

I’ve had heart shaped Sicilian pizza’s delivered to my husband at work for holidays, and a Starbucks drink delivered to myself. Really enjoy the service. Spot on!
