I've been a private investigator since 2005, so when I say that Terry was great to work with, I speak from experience. My case was from Colorado and I needed to have someone served in Calgary. First, I tried the Office of the Sheriff – Civil Enforcement, but they lost the Fed Ex paperwork and when it was located, they were unsuccessful after three attempts. Time was of the essence, yet they took weeks to let us know they failed. Terry, on the other hand, had the person successfully served within 24 hours. He actually served her at work through a supervisor and when we weren't sure if service was going to be good that way, he was able to serve her in person at her house. He documents with extra photos. Terry went the extra mile, which I can tell is just the way he does business. There are a lot of process servers out there to be very wary of. It was not easy picking one, but after much research, and the Sheriff's office failing, I am so thankful to have found Terry. He communicated every step of the way and never balked at what it took to do this international service correctly. I unequivocally recommend him.
