I decided to try chatters as I was leaving town last minute and they had availability and it was a big mistake. Should have realized when the rep on the phone asked if my hair was ‘past my ears’ and then asked if it was ‘pasted my shoulders’.Was a terrible hair cut and didn’t thin my hair, layer it or cut some of the dead ends. I knew after the first cut of the scissors I was in it for a terrible hair cut. After a few days of still being frustrated I decided to write this review.

I have always loved what Greg does to my hair! His technique has allowed me to grow my hair longer, as he brushes my highlights on, instead of foils, which keeps the hair in better conditions, thank you Greg!

Terrible customer service. The first time I went a sweet girl asked me to give paul mitchell shampoo & conditioner a try and clearly told me I could return the products if I did not like them. I ended up hating the shampoo and went back to return them. There was this other lady who was quite rude while I was returning them and started explaining the profucts to me, saying there is no way I would not like the products etc, just the way she was talking was terrible, she then said well if you say so ill take your word for it". If I do not like a product I can return a product for any reason that's my right as a consumer."

Me and my mom were looking for nail polish, after buying the product with no price label at Chatters. We saw the same product for a lower price at the drugstore. Two mins later we went back into the store asking to return or match the price($5 less).The store refused to do either because we had left the store and the product could have been open. Earlier on, the same lady had opened the product in-front of us.

Have had my hair cut three times, with three different hair stylists in this location. Every time was a great experience. Was able to make an appointment for the next day. Highly recommended.

The ladies here did an amazing job of my and my bridal party's hair in a such a short time! I'm beyond happy with the results, my curls lasted all night and into the next day! Amber was so helpful and wonderful with booking us beforehand and on the day. They all really went above and beyond to accommodate us so we would be ready on time for the wedding. Our pictures turned out beautiful because of you!

I always have a fantastic experience with Alexia at Chatters, she is my go to gal! Alexia always makes me feel welcome and is super knowledgable. You will be in good hands. The prices at chatters are reasonable. I have coarse curly hair and her blow outs are the absolute best, my hair as never been so straight, silky and healthy. 10/10!!!!

They Carry pureology hydrate shampoo and conditioner. Only place in town. This is the most amazing shampoo and conditioner you pay for what you get and they carry the best brands out there.

Went in last week for highlights, lowlights and a cut. Greg was my stylist. Not only was he a delight to talk to, you could tell he had tons of experience and really loved what he does. I love the finished product. Would highly recommend going to see Greg. Staff was all friendly and welcoming and the salon is very nice. Thanks guys!!

I can't recall the name of the hair stylist but she did a great job with my request to blend my greys while I'm growing my natural hair colour out! Super happy with how it turned out, it looks really natural and I'm way more comfortable showing my roots now that the skunk line is gone, yay!
