It started out ok. They did a ton of work to clean the crawl space and get it lined but somewhere along the line they bumped my sink drain line and never told me ( likely when they returned to finish because they were clearly in a rush). Line was disconnected for weeks before I noticed the smell and had to pay 1000$+ for cleaning and plumbing. Even worse was what happened with the condensation line that went out the back of the crawl. I was told by Mr. Mimic, the sales rep, that the crew would take care of the condensation line when they rebuilt the door. Instead they shoved it up into the joists out of the way and left it there to flood a different part of the crawl. I tried to have them come out to look at it and take responsibility but they canceled twice and told me it would be a 250$ technician fee to look at it. I had to have a plumber fix it since we couldn't use the softener, washer, or sink for those weeks(all on the same line). Lastly, they never followed up on permits and I had to take care of that with the county. The price was cheaper then competitors but I guess you get what you pay for.

Dan and his crew from the Rochester branch did an amazing job! they were on time, professional, informative and covered areas before they started to prevent cement dust from going everywhere and cleaned up nicely before leaving. i would highly recommend and will definitely use again for any future projects!

[Update] They did showed up a few hours later; the agent was very kind and gave good explanation. They didn't send what they have told me though, and I never heard back from the support system for updates after my calls.I've made an appointment and they never showed up, not even in the second appointment. When I called to ask what's going on, they never gave me an answer. How am I suppose to know what has to be done if the experts" doesn't come by?"

I have had one problem after another. I am still waiting for them to fix the work they did wrong and pay for damages they made on stuff they should not have touched....Update the job is finished and FSM has agreed to correct the issues and came out yesterday and corrected the issues. They replaced the down spout and put the pipe behind the drywall as I requested. They agreed to help pay for part of the wall repair. I was always responsible for replacing the drywall and removing it. I am glad FSM has stood up and took responsibility. Final update I am being refunded for the electrical that was damaged. Not all projects go as planned and they stuck with this difficult issue until the end.

First, Marc was an amazing sales rep/project manager. He came to my house and provided multiple quotes for me to make a decision what best fit my household and financial needs. Next, I want to say how friendly, courteous, and efficient Miguel A, Noel G and Demarie B were for my project. They came in and did the construction work on day one which included cleaning out the debris left from previous owners, sistering my main beam and installing the beam supports. On the second day, they insulated and encapsulated my crawl along with the entry and installed a dehumidifier to reduce the moisture which has played havoc with my allergies. They also addressed a water concern with me and provided a temporary solution until I could get it a plumber here. Thank you so much. Since we purchased our home 3 years ago, we have had water coming in our basement through the walls and floors every time it rained or snow melted. It had a musty odor that I could smell from upstairs on the heavy rain days. We had a sump pump installed through another company after 2 years of living in our home, but that didn't fix the water problem. I was always anxious about mold and foundation issues due to the water and fixing the probelm would come with a hefty price tag. One day I decided enough was enough and scheduled an inspection with FSM.My project manager, Wayne B, immediately made me feel at ease and that FSM would be able to redirect all of the water coming into our basement with their AquaStop Basement Gutter and Wall Seal. I told him that I kept putting it off because I was afraid it was going to be a huge foundation issue since our home was built in 1901, and it would cost more than I could afford. Wayne B assured me that placing their gutter around the inside of our basement and adding a second sump pump on the opposite side of the basement would send all of the water out. An added bonus was that the best solution to my water problem was one of the cheapest solutions. I could actually comfortably afford to fix it with FSM's 1 year 0% interest loan! I immediately felt a HUGE weight fall off my shoulders. I am thankful that Wayne B wasn't interested in just making a sale. He was only interested in the solution that would truly fix my water problem.Fast forward to installation week, Miguel A, Noel G, and Terrell N did a great job installing and keeping me updated on their progress! It has been a month since they finished and there has been NO WATER in our basement even though there have been several heavy rains. The smell is gone and our basement has been transformed into a livable space. Thank you FSM for your reliable waterproofing solutions!

We had 8 Helical Piers put in last week at our lake home on Lake MI we have a 100+yr old house and it is slopping towards the lake we are on a critical dune so we needed to stabilize the house to stop it from moving. These guys were fantastic I worked with Kenn whom gave me the estimate I felt it was extremely fair priced. We had another estimate from another company and it was 3 times the price of FSM. The guys were on time, were very safe in their work, and were quick. I plan to use them again to level out some concrete!!!
