Yannick was quickly available and efficient. He provided an excellent inspection service. He was very professional and thorough with the inspection of our new home. His inspection report included every little detail about the property (a great guide for the work that needs to be done in order of the priority). **Brilliant Inspector, Exceptional Teacher**I had the pleasure of using Yannick’s Services for the purchase of my first condo and would highly recommend him.Yannick was everything I needed: he took the time to understand my needs, he was flexible in setting a time to inspect the property, he produced a report extremely quickly enabling me to take advantage of the opportunity and, most importantly, he was kind.One of the elements I truly appreciate about Yannick’s approach is his ability to teach. As a first-time home buyer, he taught me numerous things about home upkeep, building design and condo regulations. At the end of my time with Yannick, I had a better sense of what to look for, what to consider and how to navigate surprises related to the property. For my next purchase, I will be even more equipped because of him.Moreover, the report he produced was a « turnkey solution » in that it was comprehensive: it was filled with details, pictures and instructions on what to pay attention to and how to fix defects.
