Okay this might be a long review. First of all, thank you so much Han!Han was more than helpful in finding us our first investment property! We've been looking for the property ourselves online for about 5 month. We wanted to give up because our offer was never accepted for many times and often property was already sold when we call the realtor. It was very frustrating..I shared situation to my colleague and she recommended Han. I did my research about Han and asked my colleague about the experience and decided to call him.He picked up the phone right away and we met at the coffee shop. Han went over everything what we need to know and answered all our questions. We were very impressed about his knowledge and patience. He knew exactly what we want and pointed out the area and the buildings we should focus on.After the initial meeting Han found the property for us what we've been looking for in only 2 weeks! Han also found a tenant for us very quick so we didn't have to pay mortgage ourselves for the 1st month.Han was extremely honest, upfront, and very fast.Han really made real estate so easy for us and we really appreciate his help.
